[Resolved] Zoom Car — incorrect refund | |
Hi sir, My name is anuj kaniparampil your passenger i had booking made on 30th october 2019 for scorpio vehicle for rent for 2 days, i had made the payment through hdfc credit card and was also paid cash of 1200rs for excess km runs.. I have dispute for total amount of 1799rs... 1. Fuel refund not done rs 500rs i had attached the receipt of fuel on the next day ad also provided my icici bank account details... Given on my booking for refund.. 2. I had made the booking from hdfc bank credit card for rent the card in which deposit amt was 2999. I had only received 1299rs rest amount was not refunded... For this i had several conversation from the customer care desk and officers of car handover team no positive response really disappointed and ambrassed truly speaking this was service from your company really not excepted.. I heard zoomcar is one of the best rent car company but behind this many difficulties facing for refund.. Please take this email a serious note make me positive for your company so that i can recommend my realtives ad family members to service from. Your company.. Urgent action really appricated.
