Zoom Car — pedl cycle didn't get unlocked on starting trip and now trip not ending | |||||
I booked a pedl cycle (Cycle no. : 102559) on 23rd march 2018 at 9:40 pm from the gachibowli police station area in gachibowli, hyderabad. The cycle didn't get unlocked on starting the trip and even after multiple tries to unlock the cycle via the app as well as manually. Then, on trying to end the trip, it asks to lock the cycle. Hence, the trip is still ongoing and i am being charged money every 30 mins. I just got a message asking to return the cycle to the station by 2:38 am (24th march) to avoid an outstanding. The cycle is in that pedl station itself in the locked state. Please end my trip and return the amount charged from my paytm. Was this information helpful? | |||||
