[Resolved]  Zoom Car — pedl - deducted extra amount

Only good thing about pedl is it's ecofriendly nature. Zoomcar is totally failed to managed it. I have 3 the complaint.
1. Cycle 3241212 - after unlocking this on 20 september i have found that chain is not setup so i ended the trip 2 mins. However 3 rupees deducted and no respond on my claim. Would you pls refund this.

2. Cycle 3224032 - same issue as above.
After unlocking this on 22 september i have found that chain is not setup so i ended the trip 2 mins. However 3 rupees deducted and no respond on my claim. Would you pls refund this.

3. Cycle 3166527 - i have booked this cycle on 22 sep and try to end the trip within 26 mins at bj medical college ground pedl station but app does not allow me even though enough parking lot was available. Then i went to jj garden pedl station but still unable to end my trip as app does not allow me even though enough parking lot was available. Finally i am able to end my trip at arora tower pedl station but by that time zoomcar has intentionally deducted 3 more rupees from my paytm wallet. I would request you to please refund this 3 rupees.

Would appreciate if you can honestly refund my total 9 rupess as this has been charged without even using the services. Also please develop the user friendly response for pedl services.

Hello Wasim I am unable to log my complaint there as proper option is not available on zoom website. Would appreciate if you could refund my 9 rupee which has been charged incorrectly.
