[Resolved]  Zoom Car — profile update

One of my friend used my mobile number and email id for booking a zoomcar with his driving licence, but now when i am changing the profile it is not getting changed.
I called the customer care number of zoomcar and asked to change it but they told that now it cannot be changed.
But what can i do now... I want to book a zoomcar from my mobile number and email id but there is dl uploaded of my friend. Due to this issue i am not able to book zoomcar since long time. This is very bad. I was a regular customer of zoomcar but after this incident i have not booked a zoomcar yet. Please delete previous dl and change the name in profile section or allow me to change it by my side and delete the dl and aadhar uploaded of my friend.
I dont have any other email id and mobile number to book zoomcar from another number. And also i dont want to use another number.
I just want to use my own mobile number and email id only.
This is my permanent mobile number. I will use this on future only.

Please reset my account atleast. I dont want my email id and mobile number associated with anyone else account. I want my DL to be linked with my mobile and email id.
You are saying to create a new account but how can i create because my details are linked with other persons account.
How can i create new then.
And i am not gonna use anyone else details to create my account.
In future if any mis happening happens from that person whose account is linked with mine email id and mobile number then you people will contacting on my number only because my mail id and contact no is mentioned. So i dont want my details to be linked with others.
Its a humble request either you please delete my details from that account or else i have to take my own actions.
This is now crossing the limits.
I want it to be deleted now.

I had my plans to go outdoor and i want to book zoomcar.
Daily i am contacting you and updating this issue.
What are you guys doing yarr...
Please resolve it or else tell me that you are not doing then i will do my own work...i know everythibg that you can do this but you are just irritating me...this is the last call i'm giving please do it..i will not reply next i will go legal...

I booked a Car on 06 August 2017 and company cancel my booking but till now I don't get my refund
Solve the problem immediately
I need to get my refund from the zoomcar which i havent got it from more than 7 to 8 moths i have been trying the customer care number but people there do not seem to be bothered about my refund, they always say that they are gonna call us back, but i dint get any kind of response from them. Kindly make sure i get my refund soon
