Zoom Car — rejected my driver licence

I uploaded my driving licence in zoom car app. I have made a booking with them. But they have cancelled that booking stating that they don't accept the driving licence from my state (Haryana). I tried contacting them several times, but each time their response is the same. How can they reject a licence given by the govt of india? I have checked with other people from my state, many of them are using the zoomcar without any issue contrary to what zoomcar is stating in their response to my complaint. Please note, we do not accept the license from certain locations in Haryana. Hence, the license was rejected. Zoom should change there name to dumb car,
As they have mind numbing internal policy that haryana licence that is approved by government of India is not getting approved by zoom car, either start mentioning this thing to your application or stop taking money before verification.
