Took zoomcar from kothaguda (Hyderabad) on 28 february morning at around 10:30 am. About around 25 kms+ later while driving, roadside people warned us about driver side tyre wobbling. Parked the car and found tyre was wobbling badly even at 10kmph. Happened at 4:30pm. Called customer care right away. I was with my pregnant wife and mentioned the same to the customer care and i was informed i will be getting a callback in 15 minutes from the backend team. Waited for half an hour and since there was no response, gave a call again and i was informed will be getting a call in 10 minutes for sure. Got a call only at 5:30 pm, i. E, 1 hour after i reported the issue. After all the talks, they told they will be sending a towing team and asked us to wait till the towing team comes. The towing team came at 7:30 pm and took the car and went. And no replacement car was given to us. So basically we sat for 3 hours in the car (Pregnant wife) and left stranded in the middle of the road after all these. When i checked in the app, cars were available in the location we were standing and also the location where we picked up the car in the morning. A great danger was avoided by the timely intervention of other drivers by reporting to us about the wobbling. But the approach and service from the zoomcar was pathetic and unreasonable. We were put to wait for 3 hours in the middle of the road and atleast a replacement car should have been provided to us. We had to cancel all our schedule due to this. We had booked the car till tomorrow. Now we have to find another way for tomorrow. If this is your approach towards customers who took your service and had to face all these situation due to the negligence from the zoomcar side, i wonder how long zoomcar will survive as a business.

I will never ever take a zoomcar again or refer it to my friends.

    I am a zap associate. Haven't been getting proper response from the support team for the concerns raised. Car's parts have been found missingafter the booking. No actions taken even if the tickets are raised with proof (Images). Wheel cap has been missing when the vehicle was returned from mainetnance by zoom people itself. Vehicle will be taken for maintenance for no reason and will be extended without valid info. This affects zap associate's income or revenue. But zoom keeps earning out of it no matter what. Vehicle was damaged when it was returned from maintenance. Drafting this complaint with heavy amount of frustration as the zap support people are arrogant when asked about any details. There is no tranpsarency. Associates are not kept informed abput whats going on with the vehicle. Multiple tickets have been raised about parts missing. Apart from the concerns raised, they action irrelevant and unneccesary things. Car comes back the same way it was before without repair done on it. The fuel readings and km reading are somehow changed by the end of the month. It wont be the same as the beginning (When the booking will just be done). For a simple concern, they block the car for days together... Sometimes weeks as well. Customers have been booking the car and stealing genuine parts and zoom is not doing anything about it even after multiple intimation.

    Its time for all o[censored]s to be aware of the things that are happening with zap associates and spread this on social media platforms about these activities. People subscribe to zap for a reason.

    One of my friend's car itself has been missing and even zoom/zap people have not been abe to track it. Very dissatisfying. I have multiple instances like these. Multiple parts were removed and replaced from a brand new POLO cars, including bumper, wheel caps, spare tyre and toolkit. Bookings are not consistent. Rates are dynamic they say, but when I check the rate on zoom app and when i see the revenue shared, could see lot of difference in the amount. No transparency at all.

      Booked the car in december 15 2019 booking id : jps66yopj.
      I booked the car from 7 am to 7 pm. Tried calling customer care numerous times, there is no response. Dropped email’s but there is no reply.in app it says refund pending. It is one of the worst customer experiences. I will never recommend zoom to anyone. Please refrain from zoom. It has been more than 2 months now still it shows as pending for refund. Even if they had to take a 2 week time to refund this is way beyond that time. Seeing the number of complaints online i feel this company is scamming the customers. Plz spread the word and dont let anyone else get scammed by these scammers

        rejected my driver licence

        I uploaded my driving licence in zoom car app. I have made a booking with them. But they have cancelled that booking stating that they don't accept the driving licence from my state (Haryana). I tried contacting them several times, but each time their response is the same. How can they reject a licence given by the govt of india?

        I have checked with other people from my state, many of them are using the zoomcar without any...

        I had to book a car on 17th feb and there was a swift available very near to my location. I booked it. Payed the complete amount of ₹3, 889. But after booking the pick up location shown was very far my location. I was surprised and i cancelled the booking. Zoomcar charged me 500 for that. I didnt wanna cancel the booking. I did only because of the false location of the available car before and after booking. I need my money back.

        I had already exchanged multiple emails with customer support team for a week but haven't got any solutions. Once I filed my complaint here all they asked was for the booking ID and they refunded the full amount and sent an acknowledgement.

          I have booked a ride in zoom car app and due to personal reasons i have cancelled. I paid rs. 5849 through internet, as per the cancellation policy i would get rs.5649 as refund. But i didn't get the refund for the past 2 months. No proper response in their customer care department. Contacted too many times. Now they have removed my contact number from their customer care data entry. No response.

          Thanks for your reply. My refund claim amount is not yet settled. I have already shared my bank account statement with zoom car. Hope that is the clear evidence. This is like cheating. For one refund claim I am contacting zoom car several times.

            I booked a zoomcar a month ago, and i was supposed to get ₹5000 security deposit back. Now this zoomcar app shows that the booking is settled but i haven't received any refund from their side. The customer care helpline number they're providing with is useless, no one's there to solve my issue. Even on mail i'm getting computer generated responses. This is a fraud company which as a record of scamming innocent people for no reason.

              I completed my trip perfectly within time and with quite a lot of Kms left, But still zoom car has charged unnecessarily 8000 Rs, which is shoawing as outstanding amount.
              When i tried to inquire, they are saying please read the policy details.
              What the hell i would do after reading policy details, when i have already uploaded the start and end trip pics. Everything looks fine with car when i ended the trip and next morning i wake up and see these messages from zoom car.

              We are sorry to know about the discrepancy in the billing. We did have a check and we have levied the damage charge of 999 as the bumper is damaged during your reservation. The balance refund is created through IMPS, an option stating "Get Refund" shall get highlighted under the respective booking ID in your application. Please click on the option and add your bank details on the landing page. Once you click on submit, the amount shall be instantly transferred to your bank account.

                We had booked zoom-car in hyderabad, on 21 feb 20. We were charged around 7k inr extra, on pretext of extra k. M., when we had driven only around 20 km, and the car was with us for only couple of hours.

                We will raise police and legal complaint for this, after filing an official complaint with zoom-car.

                These people are cheats which we can make out from the number of complaints against them.

                Now the customer care is telling us that we have stolen the spare Tyre and for that the charges were deducted, for that.

                I think zoom-car should stop their business in india when they cannot even validate these simple things, post the ending of the trip.

                I will ensure that complete communication from zoom car is pasted on all social media site, so that everyone becomes aware about these scamster and post that will file criminal case against them for openly looting customers.

                Shame on you zoomcar. I wish you also face this issue of being cheated by someone to the tune of 6k crores, so that you realize what it is to get cheated. I feel sorry for even the person who will reply back on this complaint ( with false supportings ) . You are working for a fraud company and a cheater will cheat everyone. Today it was my turn and your turn will also come soon. With such karma, these fraud firms will soon shutdown.

                      Hi,
                      I am sharing my pathetic experience with zoomcar apps. They confirmed my home delivery and later on after deducting the money, they simply send a text about the cancellation of the home delivery and asked me to pick up the vehicle from another location. There is no direct helpline number to reach. They did not even bother to revert on the mail.

                        I recently booked the zap service and zoom rental. One of worst customer service and fraud company

                        I paid 36000 for zoom rental for 9 days 13 hours. The day of rental starts, i went to pick up the car at 11 pm. Until 12:30 the car was not unlocked and finally they gave me another junk car to drive which is manual transmission but i was looking for automatic.

                        The very next day the tyre got ripped due to very poor maintenance of the car.
                        When ever i call the customer service they wont respond.

                        Next i booked zap service the app is not allowing me to upload documents after i paid the cash. Once cash was gone they are not even responding big cheating company.

                        I am from us for a vacation and they spoiled my entire vacation.

                        No one please never use their service.

                          My friend is using my driving license in his account. I have reported several complaints but they haven’t resolved it nor deleted that account. If something happens in future i will not be responsible for it. Zoomcar is not taking action againt my complaints and this gives me mental pressure and their associates in pune, viman nagar are giving cars without checking if the person holds a license or not

                            Worst experience that could happen, totally ruined our trip, first their executive calls us at 3am to say car is unavailable. After minutes of discussion he mentioned car is now available at the same pickup spot.in the morning, when we reached our pickup location, we were told address has been changed to a much farther stop. Nevertheless we somehow picked up our car. Upon driving for a few kms we realized ac and interior lights dont work. Worst off was when we crossed lonavala toll, the cop stopped us and took our license stating 3 old challans from 2019 havent been paid. I immediately called these guys and saw worst ever operations, i had to keep standing with the cop for 45 min till he gave up on our pleadings and let us go. Meanwhile, with no coordination among themselves, different zoomcar executives kept calling me, listening to my plea and hanging up. Totally ruined our trip mood. Horrible experience! Cannot believe they make their customers go through this

                              I had made a booking in february for tata hexa for a day (16th feb) in chennai (Booking id jps66ne3d). Even on 15th feb, i checked the zoomcar app, the booking showed live. However, when i reached the pickup point on 16th feb 06:30 am, the car was not available, even the app was showing the car has reached the pickup point. I called their customer support only to find that car has gone for service and they cant provide another 7 seater at my location, rather i have to travel to airport to get a replacement scorpio. I was stranded at the road with my family and i had to cancel my plan for the day. It was really frustrating and highly dissappointed with zoomcar. They didnt even showed the courtesy to call and inform the previous day about the unavailability. I dont think i'll book a zoom car again!! Shoddy service.

Unfortunately, we were unable to serve the booking with the booked vehicle owing to vehicle shortage. Hence, our team suggested an alternate vehicle and the same was allocated post receiving confirmation from your end, however, you were not happy with the suggested vehicle later and wanted the booking to be canceled.

                              We are already working on our negative inventory to ensure such escalation is reduced and we serve well to our customers.

                              Wrong statement. I had to call your support system to know that vehicle is not there at the pickup location, that too i waited for a 10 minutes to get the reply. Another issue is your executive wanted me to go to Airport and pick the alternate vehicle. My issue is why did the App showed vehicle has reached the pickup point and why your executive was unable to deliver at the pickup point??

                                I booked car with ZOOM rental APP and was not able to start the trip as car door is not opening and no guidance at all to address the issue and to support, there is no access to talk to any of there executive through customer care no and even not able cancel the trip as it says trip already been started, need to your help

                                  This is hari. I have booked zoom car in october 2019. I have uploaded the customer copy slip for the fuel refund but i did not get my refund still.

                                  I do not know why zoom car gave me a car without fuel when i booked for a car with fuel. Also, the kms are pre populated. Zoom car charges for all that kms. Then why refund needs a bill? Even after providing a bill, they say this is not correct bill. I filled the petrol in a village where they don't even understand what a bill is. Please process my refund.

                                  Hi, I was waiting for a long time for my refund and thought I will never get it. But through Consumercomplaints.in it was possible. Yayyy I got my refund!!! Zoomcar responded well here. They took 3 to 4 days time but my issue is finally resolved. But make sure you continuously bug them. Thanks Hari

An option stating "Get Refund" shall get highlighted under the respective booking ID in your application within 24 business hours. Please click on the option and add your bank details on the landing page. Once you click on submit, the amount shall be instantly transferred to your bank account.

                                  Today I got my refund. So now @Zoomcar, what if I book my next travel with a package that includes fuel? Do you fill and give or do I need to fill and follow the same complaint process?

                                    I booked zoomcar on saturday 8th feb 2020. While taking the car i checked the fuel level and uploaded the picture of the same in the zoom car application on my phone, i refueled the car for my journey and later when i returned the car, i gave back the car with the same level of fuel. Both the pictures before and after the journey show the same fuel level in the car. While returning back my security deposit zoom car india has not returned my complete security deposit saying that they spent rs 576 for refueling the vehicle.
                                    According to their policy, there was no one around while i took the vehicle so as they say i uploaded the pictures directly to zoom car india.
                                    The fault was not mine, the fuel level was initially low when i got the car, but i still returned the car with more fuel, still they charged me extra, it wasn't my fault, it was actually the fault of the caretakers of the cars at zoomcar, unnecessarily i was charged rs576 more. This is unfair.

                                      I have booked a zoomcar on 9 october. That time, while making payment, seesion got timed out but the money was deducted.
                                      For same, i am trying to reach zoomcar support, but they dont have any customer support contact number, neither they are replying to my emails nor giving me a call back.
                                      They replied twice, but both times their response was not related to my issue and they are also asking me to share my personal financial details with them.
