[Resolved]  Zoom Car — unable to end my trip

Hi zoom are,

On 27dec'2017, i initiated a trip request (Pedl) on bicycle no. 101449 at my location. However, trip got started but the bicycle didn't unlock. Irony is i couldn't even end the trip even after 6 hours. Every time i try to end the trip, i'm getting a time out error. I was already charged rs.12/- eventhough i haven't used the bicycle for a single minue. Please address the issue and refund my amount
