[Resolved]  Zoom Car — unable to end pedl cycle trip

I am a iit madras student. I locked a pedl cycle at a pedl station. However, i am unable to end the trip. I sent 5-6 mails to zoomcar at the customer care website. It's been 5 hrs. I haven't received a response from the company. Nor can i end the trip. I am still being charged for it. The cycle can't get unlocked either. Number:100743
There is no number to call. Nor does the company respond to the mails sent.
I hope atleast the company responds to this complaint.
If this is how problems are to be resolved, then the customer care of zoomcar is in a sad state.

The trip cost was supposed to be 1 rupee. Thanks to this problem, I am being billed for usimg the cycle for 5 hrs. Its 11 rupees right now and i am still being billed.

Cycle is in the station, and it is locked.
Why is the company not responding?
It's been 7hrs. I am still being billed. Already, 13 rupees has been taken from paytm account.

I don't care about the state of customer cate pf zoomcar anymore.
It's been 7hrs. 13 rupees have been talen from my paytm account. Yet i am still being billed. The trip is not ending.
The cycle is in a pedl station, and it is locked
No response from the company.
Please, please, just end this trip and reimburse my amount. I just want this to end soon.
