Zoom Car — zoom car unfair charges even for puncture.

I have booked hyundai i10 in chennai for 220KM for 11 hours. The back tyre got puncture near uthukottai due to some sharp iron particles on the road side. So I checked for the Spare tyre and it was there but there is no jack tools to remove and to fix the spare tyre. Since it was strike on that day there were no shops available but anyhow we have got jack tools from another people who came by car on that way. But we have not put the puncture for that back tyre since there were no shops on that day. Once returned to the zoom car center I informed to that person that the tyre got puncture. He took the photos of that tyre and sent it to customer care team. I told him that for puncture why you are taking photos and sending as if damage occurs.He replied that the tyre got tored so he can't do anything with that so they might put charges for this. I told that in road there might be many iron particles which might damage the car tyre. I told that I can give you the puncture charges it is around 200 but they have charged me around 3500 for puncture charges even the new tyre for hyundai i10 cost around 3000 but see how they have charged.I don't know what they are thinking those who are booking the car they want us to lift the car on to the shoulders and go for trip. Then nothing will happen and wheels also won't get damage and not even a single dust will stick on to it.Seeing all these things next time they will charge saying dust got sticked to tyres so charges will be applicable for that.Till to date I think they have lost many of their valuable customers due to bad service and fake charges. But it is not digestible to give our hard earned money for these kind of fake charges.My opinion better buy 2nd hand car else go in OLA, UBER instead of getting cheated by these type of people. Need to stop these kind of cheating services.
