[Resolved] Zoom Car — zoom car - wrong charges - jps64ul4t | |||||
Hi team, I'm fed-up with zoom car service now a days. I have been charged 1000 rs as a cleaning charge for my booking id - jps64ul4t but when i took the car itself it was not clean and this was intimated in zoom app with inspect and proceed but still i was charged. When i called zoom car customer care it was so difficult to reach the customer support executive and he was so irresponsible, asking me to send the mail with the video prof. I'm not jobless to send mails and keep on following it up. I just want to know what is the use of inspect and proceed in zoom app. I want the charges to be reverted and for wasting my time, what you would be doing?
