Zoom Car — Zoomcar customer care

I haven't received my refund yet.. it's been 45 days. Since 30 days, Everyday I am trying to reach the Zoomcar customer care. There is no option to rise the complaint. How can we trust this brand for new bookings or subscriptions. Very disappointed.

I haven't see any update on my refund processing. It's been 50 days again.. NO Customer Care number working.. NO response to the emails.. It's totally unacceptable and unprofessional.. Is this the way how you treat the customers. I am done and am going to take a legal action soon if you wont process my refunds within a week time..
