I am a regular user and made multiple bookings, but Zoomcar issued an incorrect outstanding on my completed trip, but the customer care couldn’t explain why that outstanding amount was added, they said it was a system mistake and I have to wait for 48 hrs to get it resolved. But I had to travel on the next day, so With my other mobile number I installed the app and booked the car, then verification team called and told me that they cannot approve it until I paid the outstanding, so I paid the amount and they released the car.
