I have refilled the fuel with exact same quantity how much so ever it was before receiving the car.
I've also uploaded the pictures of fuel meter while recieving and submitting the car
along with its fuel receipts ( for around 55 kms I've put on diesel of Rs. 650/-) which was ACTUALLY MORE THAN REQUIRED.
Kindly take off my outstanding amount and I was expecting a reimbursement for putting extra fuel in the car.

    Hello,

    I have booked the zoom car for 25th Dec at 6 am. But I was getting the error as "This car is not available". I tried to connect with the support on [protected]. No one had picked up the phone and I had waited till 7 am. After that I had arranged some other options for the same.

    After that I received the call from zoomcar and I was satisfied that the refund was initiated. I had received one cashfree link as well to get the refund. When I tried to open the link, enter the details, But it was giving "Wrong account details entered" (for the same UPI id on which I had made the payment before).

    Yesterday, I had called the help team and informed them of the situation. They conveyed that the new link will be shared with me for the refund. But since now the link is not shared. I am facing tremendous issues connecting with the support team now.

    I have attached all the screenshots for the reference.

    This is highly unprofessional and inappropriate behavior from your end. Please help to resolve the issue as soon as possible on priority.

    I expect the issue should be resolved and the refund should be done on my bank account.

        Hello i have returned the car with the same level of fuel at the time of return
        It clear all the things at the time of return but after two days ut shows it to lay outstanding amount please clear it with concern
        You have Pictures of fuel both at thr start and end of trip reconsult it and deformed charge on my account

          we have travelled only 600 kms however 13500rs arojnd was updated as excess kms charges on the app.

          When tried reaching out via call, it could not connect and says no active booking.

          When raised a complaint via app help and support, there is no response at all.

          And also there is no confirmation as such stating that the issue is received and we will get back

            I am a regular customer of Zoom Car but from a couple of months, i am trying to book a zoom car but the application is showing that you are blacklisted by the zoom car without any reason and intimation.

            After that i have emailed almost 3-4 times to the zoom car support but there is no response from there side. I have also called so many times to the customer care number but not able to connect with the representative.

            Please help me out of this and provide a valid reasons for this inconvenience caused.

              I have serious complaints about the zoomcar that I booked from local dealer in Kaikhali, Kolkata. The booking details are: Tata Tiago MT Diesel, WB04H5416, ID: JPS695U6P 1. I was supposed to pick the car yesterday, 19th Dec. from Kolkata airport at 5:30 pm. When I called them at 4:30 pm, after reaching Kolkata airport, they informed me that the car was not available. They also refused to provide any assistance with getting another vehicle delivered to me or talking to zoomcar customer service on my behalf. 2. As for the customer service, the number provided ([protected]) is never reachable. It appears that the local agent needs to link my mobile number to the customer service, which they deliberately did not do, so that I cannot contact the customer service. 3. So, I had to wait for more than an hour at the airport and hire an ola car to reach home. 4. I received a call from local zoomcar dealer that they received the car now, and they were ready to deliver it to my home. I asked them to deliver to my home in the morning and they did so today morning (20thDec). 5. Now, the car that the delivered to me is in a very shabby condition. Many of the internal parts and outside body parts seem to be falling apart. One of the wheels is also coming out. It appears very risky to use the car. I have never used a zoomcar in such a bad condition. I totally lost faith in zoomcar service, and I will really hesitate to avail the service again. It is unfortunate that such dealerships are allowed to operate by zoomcar management. I will really appreciate the replacement of the car with a better one or getting a full refund

                I put in a refund request with zoom car and have no correspondence from them since.
                Unable to reach a representative on their customer service number.
                Zoom car is doing a horrible job informing customers about driving out of state and border taxes. I was told by the person who gave me the car that they had a permit till end of year and i did not have to pay any taxes at border. I was stpped by the police at state border and asked to pay 10550 rupees. I did lookup the zoomcar FAQs on help section and found that i can get a refund for it. But now after i applied for refund, i have no correspondence from them.

                    Hello sir,
                    I have made two bookings on 7th and 8th december 2021 with zoomcar kolkata. The car i booked was not provided and a degraded car was given at the end time but they charged for the premium car only. They have also provided damaged cars which were extremely dangerous for driving, after repeated complains they have just told me that they will call back and resolve the problem but they never called and did not take my complain seriously and charged all according to them. Sir please look into the matter as they are playing with customer emotions and money as well.

                          I booked a car for 12 am 23 dec. there was no key in the car and after calling zoom car 10 times. At around 3 am zoom car gave me a replacement car. But the replacement car was not of the same make/ company. At 7 i picked the car but there was no boot space and i called zoom car again to return the car and requested refund. I haven’t got any confirmation / refund from zoomcar.

                          My trip got delay because of this by 1 day. I was harassed by zoomcar. All itinerary delay which cost me additional money. I still haven’t got any solutions and whenever i call zoom car Customerservice tells me to wait for 30 min

                              The below email sent to zoom car is self explanatory. I haven't recieved any response from them and they have closed te booking without the promised refunds. Now I am unable to even reach their customer care as is their protocol.

                              Dear Sir/Madam

                              Ref: Zoomcar Booking: JPS69YDK5

                              As discussed with your team over many calls from my registered mobile, you had cancelled the Honda Jazz I had booked from Pune airport and given me a Ford freestyle car from Hinjewadi that is around 22kms away from the Airport, therefore your team had promised refund of cab fare.

                              I am herewith attaching the cab fare (Bill no. 9435, amount - ₹1050) from Pune Airport to The Orchid Hotel Hinjewadi where I had to book my accommodation. I further took an Uber auto from the hotel to the car pick up point in Hinjewadi (receipt attached, amount - ₹104.89) that was further 7 kms away from the hotel on the same route.

                              Therefore I expect to be reimbursed an amount of ₹1154.89 on account of travel to Hinjewadi.

                              Further, your executive had promised me that since I was made to travel from Pune Airport to Hinjewadi and that took a lot of time, while my booking was from 2:30 pm and I could only pickup the car at around 6 pm, the unused hours would be refunded as well.

                              I request you to process the payment as soon as possible.

                                I have booked car on zoomcar on Tue, Dec 14, 5:03 PM so while booking it was showing my requested location that was "Khirni Phatak Jaipur" and after completion of payment [~ Rs. 3000/-] it shown me location which was ~20km far from my request location that was "Jagatpura Jaipur" so I called to customer care to correct my location because I was didnt booked a car for "Jagatpura Jaipur" and not bale to pickup and drop car which is 20km far from my booking place.

                                Customer care said they don't have any car available to near by my place so you have to get the car from "Jagatpura Jaipur" only. I requested to cancel my booking and refund my money so they have only returned Rs. 1500/- and rest of money they have deducted as cancellation charge.

                                It was not my fault because zoomcar shown me car on my requested place and later they shown wrong location and I have cancelled my booking within 15 minute after customer care call disconnected.

                                  Ear Team,

                                  This email is regarding the horrible experience I have faced booking a car through your company ( JPS695F19 - Kwid - KA02MN8963 - Trip Start - Yeshwanthpur on 15/12/2021).

                                  I booked a self drive rental car (Kwid) car through MakeMyTrip on 15 Dec to 19 Dec for Rs 7835. I started my trip with my wife 15 Dec 4o clock with car owner guidelines. The vehicle engine completely stopped after 45 kms .We tried contacting the call center back to back but there was no response or emergency contact provided . Fortunately, we had the car owner's contact number in hand.
                                  We contacted the owner and informed him the engine has stopped on the highway and we are not able to get any help from the zoom company .
                                  He tried his best to contact the call center, guessing maybe the company locked the engine or few people he knew working in zoom. It didn't help.
                                  We waited on the highway of Ramanagar prison Channapatna highway road from 6.30 to mid 12 as the owner of the car kept pressuring us to contact the call center back to back.
                                  Finally with no choice with the permission of the owner we had to leave the car and we had to book a lodge close by to the destination where the car had breakdown ( complete battery drained) which costed us 6000-/ rupees for the lodge booking to make sure car is safe or if may be it might be solved and we can continue with the car journey.
                                  The next day the owner with the concern of his car contacted the company and we got a call from your zoom call center.
                                  Sorry to say this, they had no idea of what they were talking nor issue updated on the system and if asked or explained anything they hung up the phone without saying anything repeatedly 3 times with different agents .
                                  The next day owner of the car arranged towing where the towing person made a false statement that wiper and a/c was use to together so the battery was drained 100% - being a automobile engineering I am more aware of engines work, in climate like bangalore I had no necessity to used a/c any it was not raining to used wiper. When your company got back the car we were not notified from your side that the car was received and the destination is closed and what is the next procedure.
                                  No formality call from your company as the car has reached its destination with no official call, SMS or email. As your company mentions the trip ends when the car reaches its destination and km calculation.
                                  On 22/12/2021 we received call from your agent to handover the key of the car with no issue raised very casually stating refund will be done with in 48 hours with no knowledge of what is the refund amount but aware the car has reached the destination by 16 or 17 by towing - ( Agent - [protected])
                                  And to mention the agent has no paperwork or checklist or any kind of proof to us to collect the refund . Everything is just verbal .
                                  We got calls for the car key at 12 am and 3.30 am which is so unofficial and disturbing. That car was stopped 15 dec 6o clock and owner got his car at 16. But in the MakeMyTrip application that ' The trip was completed on 19 Dec 7.58pm'. We would request to please look into this and send an email or sms for the proof of refund and brief of the calculation.
                                  To mention clearly the car had issues even to start .

                                  Hoping at least the support team to show the concern and professionalism towards their client situation. Kindly do our refund ASAP for all the loss that occurred and spoiling our whole trip.

                                    I had recharged PayTM for FasTag usage in Zoomcar but that didn't work and also the money from Paytm is not refunded back. I had to also pay double toll money and Fasttag money both. Transaction ID is 9ef[protected]b-4ac2-ae77-d6905bcd4d01 for PayTM transaction.

                                        I have been blacklisted on zoomcar for no reason. I have been trying to reach out to the customer care. Everytime i get a call, they tell me they'll sort the matter out but nothing seems to be happening from their side.

                                        Kindly look into the matter.
