My Name is Ashish Kumar. I registered my car in the zoom car host programme a month ago.
My car number is: DL3C CU 3654. The car is registered under my name.
I received a booking on 3rd december 2021 till 6th december 2021 my car was supposed to be at my parking spot at 11:00 PM on 6th december 2021. When my car didn't arrive at location I contacted zoom car customer support and asked them about the status of my car. The executive informed me that my car had met with an accident and someone died in that accident.
Police arrested the driver and took custody of my car. However, in a period of one day the driver got a bail and went to his hometown.
I have been complaining since then to release my car from police custody. Till now no one has registered my complaint and all the employees from the zoom car are bouncing me back and forth.
It's been more than a week, and my car is still in police custody. The sub-inspector of that particular police station has asked zoom car's legal team to visit the police station once but till now no one is responding to any of the calls.
I humbly request you to please do the needful and release my car from police custody ASAP.
Else I'll have to file a legal complaint against zoom car as it was your responsibility that zoom car is solely liable to anything happens to my car while in the booking.
