Hi. I booked zoomcar via MakeMyTrip. The booking IDs and trip details are attached. The vehicle broke down today morning. The dashboard showed nothing at all. I called zoomcar and MakeMyTrip multiple times but there was no proper response absolutely. I called Ford roadside assistance and tried to rectify the problem. But they couldn’t do it and said that the vehicle needs to be towed down to either solan or panchkula or chandigarh. I updated the same with you guys. For 10 hours since morning, i could reach you guys 4 times and all i got to hear was i would be getting a callback in 30mins, every single time. I was left stranded on the road in this cold for the whole day. I had to book a hotel and also a taxi to reach my destination. Entire day of the vacation has been ruined because of your pathetic service, if it even exists! I paid 1000/- for Ford road side assistance and 7000 for my cab back to Chandigarh tomorrow Upon that, there is atleast 1500/- worth of extra diesel left in the car and 500/- left in fast tag. And not to mention, the extra charges that i bore to travel here and there. Even now, i am with vehicle and still waiting for your so called customer service executive to give a call back. This experience with zoomcar has totally ruined my vacation and wasted my time and money. I am leaving the car at the hotel that i stayed. I have no choice thanks to your non existent customer support. I am attaching all the required documents like booking details, call details, RSA charges, cab charges etc, . I hope you guys see this and refund the money atleast. Its been 10 hours since i raised the issue and still no support or callback !!!
