Zoomcar — Document Verification Issue

I have booked a car on zoomcar for a trip. I have uploaded all the relevent documents for my profile verifiaction. Since it has been 2 weeks that my profile is till pending for verification. I have trued several times through call or emailing them, but could not reach out to them. I want an update for my verification and this trip is very crutial for me. I do not want this trip to get cancelled by any chance
