I have created a account on zoomcar as my dad want to rent car from Chennai for his business visit for 3 days. So i submitted all the documents for verification but the account is not yet verified the documents. It shows that it is in progress. Please help with the issue

      I had booked a 7 seater Honda Mobilio for 26th Nov 2022 from morning 4am to night 11 pm for Rs.4, 493/- including Booking tariff, damage protection fee and platform fee. We are a group of 7 students doing M.Tech. in Defence Institute of Advanced Technology, Pune. We planned to go on a trip to lavasa city and Lonavala. Initially when I started the trip the fuel was 65%.
      We started to Lavasa. Near Lavasa it's a steep road and we encountered that the clutch is not supporting. We released complete clutch but even then the car's moment was very slow and we also got some burnt smell. I raised a ticket from zoomcar app help and support group immediately but no one called back or did anything. Anyway we slowly managed to reach hill top and we spend a beautiful time in Lavasa City.
      After that at 2pm we started from Lavasa to Lonavala. We reached Talegoan Toll gate. There the car's fast tag came as Blacklist due to insufficient balance. So we are charged 2 times of the toll fee i.e., Rs.540/-. We paid it through our credit card, we got the receipt and I uploaded that bill in the zoomcar app so that they will verify and refund it.
      About 5 pm we were like 20km away to reach Lonavala. But now the clutch was completely not working. The clutch plate was totally worn out. We were on Express way at YCEW-73/800. We managed to park the car on the side of the express way. We tried again to move the car. Engine is working fine, but clutch was worn out and car was not moving even after releasing clutch completely. Again I raised a complaint in help and support section in zoomcar app, but no response.
      Now we were on the middle of express way, nowhere to go, no one is responding from the zoomcar help and support section. We started looking for zoomcar customer care contact number. We got one [protected]. At 5:17 pm I called them. After 6 min in waiting in call we are connected to one support executive. We described our breakdown issue. He said he has raised a ticket to the mechanic department and they would call back in 30 minutes.
      At 5.51 pm I got a call from [protected] zoomcar mechanic department. I explained my issue, they said me to leave the car there on road side and we can go. I asked them how can we go, we were stuck there in the middle of an express way and we can't get any means of transport to go back, so please arrange something like another vehicle nearby so that we could go back to our college. They simply said they can't. For 17 minutes we were on call and I explained them how our situation is in the middle of nowhere. But they insisted only to leave the car there and go back however we can. They sound like don't even care about how can we 7 people including 3 ladies go back from the middle of an express way. The least they could do is to just provide another vehicle so that we can reach our place safe. But they didn't do it.
      At 6:22 pm I've got a mail from host.support.[protected]@zoomcar.com zc.pune.[protected]@zoomcar.com to share the current location and all sides images of the vehicle. I replied the mail with the location link and images of the vehicle. 35% fuel is left in the vehicle. At 6:44 they called again and told to keep the car keys inside the dashboard so that they would lock the car from their side. I did it. The car was locked by them.
      Then we were on road and don't know how to go back. We tried for ola, it showed they don't serve that location. We tried Uber, no driver accepted our request. We tried to stop busses going that way so that we could atleast go to a nearest public transport. No one stopped.
      It's getting late and it's almost 7:30 pm. We all were tired and hungry. No place to sit, no shops nearby to buy something to eat, no idea what to do and how to reach hostel. Some private car towing people who roam around on that express way saw the car and stopped. They said that they could take the vehicle to their mechanical shop and get it repaired. But we denied saying that it's not our own vehicle, we already informed to zoomcar authorities and they would take care. We told them our situation and asked them if they could provide any transport to reach our place. They said they could, but we are 7 in total. So we all can't fit in one vehicle. They would provide 2 vehicles with a driver so that we could reach our place and they could come back. But they demanded for Rs.500/- per person initially. That is Rs.3500/- in total. We again requested them to reduce some amount as we are students and also we already paid so much money on the zoomcar vehicle booking. They agreed and made it to Rs.450/- per person and it would not be made any less. In that situation we had to agree otherwise there is no other way. So we paid Rs.3150/- in total and reached our place
      by 11:00pm on their private cars.
      The next day after the trip ended in the app, it showed that I have to pay outstanding amount of Rs.987/- for refueling fee.
      We were at a complete loss, we paid Rs.540/- toll fee, we didn't use all the hours of our trip due to breakdown, 5 hours were still unused, we starved on road because of their (zoomcar) inefficiency of customer service and irresponsible car maintenance. We didn't even complete our plan of reading Lonavala and spend time there. Instead we spend Rs.3, 150/- extra on a private cab to reach home, now we have to pay again Rs.987/- towards refueling fee. They are totally looting us. I raised a ticket again on this demanding I am the one who should be getting a refund and also a compensation because of the worst experience I had due to their service. But they kept on sending regular mails and texts about the outstanding amount of Rs.987/-.

      I am liable for refund of compensation.
      I demand my refund of Rs.540/- toll fee charges, Rs.3150/- for return cab charges, refund o[censored]nused hours of the trip and also a compensation for the worst experience and hardships we faced due to zoomcar's ill sevice.

        Dear Sir,

        Further to the email, i had stated before that i had dropped the vehicle before time i.e 20th Nov 2021 7 :44 PM also i had refilled the petrol for Rs 1000/-

        It had been almost 1 hr i tried to unlock the car the same was not happening and even there was no response from customer care it was busy till 10 30 PM and even busy next day, one of the weakest call center i have ever seen no body called even after next day

        I had been recorded the call history where in had tried to reach you, it was about to miss my flight even after reaching bangalore unable to speak to customer care

        At last on Monday one of the executives took conplaint and opened up the check out of zoom

        The issue is related to app, showing multiple locations and not getting check out, no support from customer care and the fleet no which was displayed also not replied i also had 13000 credits in my account now you have send bill claiming for late payment charges


        I request to refund my petrol charges and also my credit points of 13000

        It would be great if you reply me immediately on the said matter before reaching the consumer court

            My trip time supposed to be end at 10 pm on 28th November. I drop the car at its given location at 9:30 pm on 28th November. I started the end trip process and in last app is asking some fleet otp which should be provided by someone but there was no one or no contact details so that I can contact him. In the app it was showing that if you end checklist while dropping we get some reward but that is optional so I ended up till summary page and put keys inside the car and lock the doors.
            After couple of hours I noticed that trip is still ongoing and it will cost us extra charges so I again rush back to drop location, what I saw was that the spot where I park the car, car was not there, it was parked to opposite side of the road, that simply means that owner parked that car. My concern is that if in case something happens with that car will come to my responsibility as it is still ongoing trip.

                All the tyres, music system and engine panel. As said by zoom they will compensate all the last parts lost during the booking. But now the garage person is saying that he got only approval for tyres that to 3rd grade quality and zoom support are not even responding for the remaining approvals. Garage person is saying to take back the car.

Made an advanced booking how come you guy's just cancelled the booking before the trip i really don't understand. Made numerous calls to the customer support but the way you guy's responded to me is just very much unprofessional.                                 I have availed their service twice. In May I have taken on rent Kwid MT ( Petrol) bearing Registration number TN30BP5142 from 5th May2022 to 09- May-2022. On 11th July 2022 I have taken Ertiga MT Petrol.
                                When we dropped the first Car in May 2022, We had problem with app and unable to close it due to issue in the app. we communicate with them and no help is extended to us. To our surprise, the Customer service executive is started rejecting our calls. Finally we got it touch with them and they closed the trip from their side and confirmed that there is no additional amount to be paid.
                                After two months, we have taken an another car and suffered to the core. The gps sent to us for the location is not at all in the vicinity of the car. When we reached the customer executive, he argued that the location sent is correct and when we explained that there is no building in that area he disconnected the phone and despite many calls to him he is not even bothered to attend the call. Finally the owner who is renting the car has given the location. When we took the care, there was a bulge in the tyre, even we couldn’t inform this to Zoom and sent photo to the owner.
                                Today, we got a message from Zoom legal team ( in our India Mobile number), that there is due from us and not paying this will amount to legal action against us.
                                I have tried to reach the number ( mobile from abroad) no answer, I have sent a mail in the mail ID provided in this message, there is an auto reply stating that this mail is no longer available in this mail for assistance and asked us to contact through app. I have sent a whatsapp to same number from where we got this message and no reply.
                                Is this a fake message. If not how a company can sent claim after there months and not giving opportunity to the customer to communicate

                                  I had booked a zoom car on 19th November 2022, and by mistake I missed my apple EarPods in the car and dropped it to the zoom car person. in a few hours in got a call from the same person stating that the original driver has found the EarPods and will give it back the next day.

                                  I called the zoom car person the next day to follow up regarding the driver. He informed that the driver is not picking up the call anymore. I requested him to share the driver's phone number and other details with me. He confirmed that he would do that, but he did not.

                                  Since then, we have been trying to get in touch with the zoom car, but his phone is either not reachable or switched off. We tried to contact zoom car, but no actions have been taken yet.

                                    I have made a booking on the 6th of September 2022 8:30AM to 11:30PM
                                    I was able to pick up the vehicle only around 12PM (~3 Hrs after pickuptime)
                                    and returned the vehicle before 10PM(~2 Hrs before droptime) I had called the owner to come and surtendered keys to him personally as the lock wasn't working. I had paid the full amount for time booked (i.e., Rs.4067).
                                    They had levied an additional charge of Rs.8620. I had raised multiple requests for the charges to be cleared and they only waived off Rs.5746 and have been chasing to pay a Late fee of Rs.2874 which is false. Off late they have been harrasing stating Legal Proceedings and action will be taken. Please do assist in this regard

                                      Hello, I have an issue with Zoomcar, around one month before on (21/10/2022) I booked a car(Tata Tiago MT Petrol) Registration no. MP09CZ2527 from Zoomcar and it got an issue with their clutch plate and another mechanical parts. Then I contacted with Zoomcar agents then they said me to repair and replace the parts by own money and that money will be refunded after the end of the trip. But today it's around one month but I don't got any money till date.And till today no one contacted me about the refunds and when I call on the customer support no one gave any response to me.I have also some words with agents and CT teams who is responsible for the Indore location they told me that my refund will be initiated soon but there is no response from Zoomcar and their agents, although as per the instruction given by the agents I followed all the steps and also uploaded all the details, photos and Bill of the Repairing Costs but yet their is no response from anyone.I really annoyed by the Zoomcar and their services.I kindly requested to Zoomcar and the responsible person to please look into the matter and refund my money ASAP.
