We booked i10 grand in goa on 2-8-2022 at 23:30 at airport we received i10 grand but registration number was different from the provided one in zoomcar app. when enquired with host, he said it will update dont worry. We took the car and on 6-8-2022 before drop, the car was damaged (headlight and front bumper) cost according to zoomcar chart 10000/-. We tried hard to connect with zoomcar via voice call, whatsapp and twitter but there is no way to connect with them. On the other hand the host compelled me to pay 20000 for damage by gathering local goons. We asked the host to report damage on zoomcar, he said “ MAI ZOOMCAR KUCHH NAI JANTA, paisa dena padega””
The car in app updated on 6-8-2022 as maruti swift which i never got and trip ended. After 7-8 hours I have received a mail from zoomcar for payment of damage of swift car for 10000 rs, the car which i never received.
There is a complete scam, the local executives of zoomcar also involved with host to make money. They take advantage of the situation that customers are in different city, also the helpline dont work so what someone will do other than paying at that situation.
