Zoomcar India Private Limited — Delays in receiving refund of deposits and earnings during the listing period

I am still awaiting refundable deposit and the earnings from listings after my subscription ended on 31st of December 2020.

I have been following up with the Zoomcar support email id (zap.[protected]@zoomcar.com) since last month to which they have been giving me false assurances stating it will be processed sooner.
I have attached a screenshot of the last email I received from their support team which is again absurd.

The support team has conveniently ignored my emails since February first week which makes me assume that their database has erased/forgotten my subscription data. This made me reach out the consumers complaints forum. There is absolutely no other means to reach Zoomcar team.

During the subscription period when zoomcar shared the monthly statement with a customer they expect us to pay within a timeframe limit post which you put a fine of Rs 300 per day. Similarly they make us pay fine which is by Rs 200 per hour when we delay in keeping the car ready during the listing period. Once they charged me over Rs 2000 for some delays (as I had mistakenly listed the listing period to start at midnight. Didn't realize they expect a customer to wakeup in middle of the night and make the car ready. ) as I was unaware of the procedures for listing a car.

Why are these fines not applicable for Zoomcar when they delay our payments ?
