Zoomcar — Issues with the Extra Charges and Pick and drop location were different from App

Please find below my experience and look into the matter as mentioned:

1. My number is not changing i tried many times.

2. I dispute the extra charges on my trip.

3. As per the zoom app my pickup location was showing on cochin airport international terminal, however I wasted 1 hour of my time and vehicle was not there. Then I called the Number for help which was given to me on mail.
The person has send me different location for which I am attaching the screen shot of WhatsApp.

4. For reaching new location as per WhatsApp i have to spend 500Rs on cab which I have taken from airport.

5. Also I have refueled the tank with Rs. 300 just before dropping the vehicle which was not updated on the car fuel meter as it was filled just before the dropping point. For which I have attached the screen shot.

6. The car was dropped on the location before time. After wasting 30 min on app to end the trip I contacted the same number who had sent me the location and he asked someone to call me back.
The I received the call and locked the car online. For which I have the screen shot attached.

7. I was way before time so no late charges should be charged. I have wasted my time at the pickup and drop location and spent money to get the vehicle.

8. It was a bad experience for me may be it might be technical glitch but
Me and my family had to suffer.

Also request you to waive the extra charges.

I have already sent emails to [protected]@zoomcar.com but no response.
Only receiving there payment reminder mails.
