I Aaryan booked a Breeza MT diesel (UPI4DDNI311) with the ID JPSNCO1CU for December 28th. The pickup time was 1 p.m., and we were supposed to pick up and drop off the car near Bharat Gas (East Jyoti Nagar, Shahdara, New Delhi) )on Saturday, December 31st. It was a round trip, and a payment of Rs 8321 was made.
Surprisingly, on December 28th, we were told about the unavailability of a car. We're still looking into different Zoom Car options. Finally, we received a vehicle around 4 p.m., and we were asked to make a new payment of Rs. 10, 000 to the vendor, which was paid via UPI. The booking was made using the phone number of Aaryan Gupta, M# [protected].
To date, no one has initiated the refund. There are no options for raising the complaint or an interactive website to address my queries.
The number[protected] is out of order, toll-free number calls can't be made via Airtel phone as it has special charges, therefore, the call gets disconnected. Usually, toll-free numbers do not have monetary obligations.
Please adjust the Rs. 10, 215 payment and refund the amount of Rs. 8321. I've been waiting for a response from your end for a month now, but it's all been in vain. Could you expedite the refund process?

    I booked a card and paid for it, and also uploaded the required documents required. But it says the Aadhar uploaded is not clear, while I uploaded a very clear photo of Aadhar many times again and again, and thus the profile verification is pending. Please take a look at it.

      I am a zoomcar user for above one year. Last november I booked a car from my side but without any reason that car is cancelled without notification before 15mins of booking after that i booked another at that time car is on ignition problem so I am not able to take a car. At that time i reach out to zoomcar customer care they told that wi change car but they not change a car after that many times i am trying to reach them they not responded and they blacklisted me. After that i am not able to book a car. And also not able to connect with customer care. So please resolve this.

        I have not received my car back after completion of booking date till now and it is still showing ongoing booking and i came to know my car is in police station in UP due to customer faults as they were carrying some unauthorized items in my car. No reply from zoom car people till now to me and no one is ready to resolve my issue. Now I am worried about my car as it is more than 5 days from booking end date. Please reply me asap and update my car status when will I receive my car back in good condition.

              Hi Zoomcar support,

              I have created multiple tickets to correct refuel charges. 4320 rupees added to the invoice even though we refueled with full tank before providing the car to the owner

              The issue is still not resolved. Can you please refund the charges immediately without further delay. Let me know if you need any information from my side

                I subscribed a car from zoomcar for a month. I paid advance and monthly charge well in advance. They verified all the detials and delivered the car.

                I found that the documents of the car is going to expire in about 2 days from the delivery date. I reminded them and i had chat with their customer representatives, created multiple tickets. They haven't renewed the documents. Since it is not safe the drive the car with out proper document, i submitted their car to them with multiple followups, with in a week after the delivery.

                Now i have the proofs that they are going to consider the down time and not used time and they told they are going to refund all the amount, since i created multiple tickets with them.

                It's been 3 years and refund is still pending from them. When i chat with them or when take this matter via social network platform with them, they say that they can't do anything since the account is terminated.

                How will they say that? What about my money ? I paid 25000 to them for 1 month subscription. The car is having proper documents only for 3 days. In the remaining 27 days, after the multiple complaints, they came and pickedup the car . Totally with in 7 days i handed over to them. Technically speaking i onky used it for 3 days. I got the confirmation from their as well, like they will take this as downtime and process the refund.

                I demand zoomcar to give my money back. If you calculate day wise it is going to approximately 22500. I want to forward this compaint through this forum. Since there is of no use, when i took this to them with multiple times.

                  Zoomcar has charged me as late fee.The car has got breakdown in the middle of journey and I have intimated them the issue and Parked at a safe place and told to tow the vehicle but they have came late and picked the car, that late charges are leived on me about 15000 rupees.They are sending me mails like they will proceed for FIR, civil court something.The mail from zoomcar i have pasted below

                  It has come to our attention that the said vehicle has been used for manner other than those agreed and acknowledged by you, at the time of booking, under the terms and conditions of the Member Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement" Therefore, you are liable to make payment of ₹15496/- to the company.

                  Please note that as per the said Agreement, any wilfully declining or/and failure to make payment of the outstanding amount will render you liable to civil and criminal proceedings and the company would be entitled to recover the due.

                  Therefore, in spite of several requests from our team to clear the said outstanding, you have always been delaying the same on one or the other pretext and not cleared this undisputed amount till date. We therefore through this notice finally call you to make the payment of the aforementioned outstanding amount of ₹15496/- by Today 5pm, failing which we shall be constrained to file Civil Suit under The Code Of Civil Procedure 1908, Criminal legal proceedings under Criminal Procedure Code 1973 as are warranted by law for recovery of the due amount and any other miscellaneous proceedings against you in the competent court of law, in that event you shall be fully responsible for the same.

                  Note:If the payment will not be done as per the given time then we will process your DL and Aadhar to proceed further to file a civil suit against you in civil court, and the legal team will visit your address.

                    Profile verification is pending with Zoomcar over the last 2/3 weeks. And no action has been taken by the Zoomcar team yet. I have uploaded the DL, ID and Pic but no message nor any confirmation to book the car. They application does not have option to address the issue as well

                      We submitted car to full tank but they refunded only half the amount. Upon talking to customer support they said they will resolve in 24hrs, and then 72hrs. But now we cannot even connect to customer support.

                        I booked a zoomcar Booking ID: JPSNCL3PV for 14 Jan 8PM in a location in Benglauru. A few hours back, the car came as unavailable and there were no alternative cars as well.

                        Booking Amount: INR 3439/-

                        Now, I have not been refunded this amount. I could not reach Zoomcar customer service - there is no human operator nor an email id. I put a Google review and they mentioned they will get back. However, no refund has come through.

                          Hi,
                          My car is in Zoomcar from last 1Year and i am getting issue for car repair as i don't use my car and there are many small damages which Is Zoom car responsible to fix it and they have taken my car from 18th Jan 2022 and today is third day and Garage people have not got approval for the work and my car is just standing in the garage. I am not able to use my car and i am not getting any payment for same, there is no costomer care number and not getting any reply for mail also
                          I have try to get in touch with zoomcar finance Authorize person but he is easily saying that it will take 8 day 10 day and more.
                          But why for such small work zoomcar take so much time
                          When car is damage we immediately inform and complete our work but for repair you people can give approval for more then 3day
                          I request you to please take my mail to the authorised person and let him or her know that when is happening with host who give our new car at this platform

                              Hello, I booked a zoom car on 30th November'2022 at 8 AM from Vizag and made the payment of 12, 000 INR.
                              I double-checked the pick up time and car pickup point before booking.
                              I called the zoom guys one hour before my pickup time to know the details of the car location and others. Surprisingly, the pickup time got changed. Zoom people informed me that the car pickup time is at 4 PM in the evening! I argued with them that I have booked for 8 AM in the morning but no use. I had to pay them an extra 800 INR and moved the pickup time to 8 AM.
                              The worst part is the car is not parked at the location I requested. It is 25 KMs away from the pickup point I requested. I am very frustrated and decided to cancel the trip. Zoom people said that since the pickup time is less than an hour if I cancel the booking, I will receive only a 50% refund. I have no choice, I took a cab from there, traveled 25km to the pickup point, and collected the car.

                              My requested drop off was on 5th Dec at 4.30 PM, but I actually handed over the car at the location on 3rd Dec 11.40 PM it self (about 2 days before). We came back to our home.

                              Everything was fine for a month and then in January, one fine day I received a Whatsapp message from Zoom saying that they tried to call me a number of times and I failed to respond. They sent me a legal notice over Whatsapp saying I have to make a payment pending with Zoom and if I don't make the payment, the legal team will reach my home. They advised me to install zoom app and see my trips to know the balance amount I have to pay and other details. I installed Zoom app and tried to log in but I never succeeded. It asks my an OTP which I never receive. I haven't received any calls from any of the zoom people and they claim that they called me many times and I did not respond.

                              I feel that the Zoom car business is a big fraud, they are cheating people. The authorities should take strict action on these fraudsters. I regret using zoom service.

                                  Hello Sir/ Madam,
                                  This is Fareez Fathima, I have attached my car in ZoomCar amigos program. This program allows the car owners to attach our car in their company and earn 60% of the revenue and zoomcar will take 40% commission and promises the car protection.
                                  Zoomcar_India is doing fraud.
                                  My car no. TS07HS9168 is damaged totally by zoomcar customer on oct 3rd.
                                  Since then to till today my car total loss settlement is not done. Customer service executives don't know what to talk. On 3rd jan one of customer service associate
                                  said that by the end of Jan 2023 I will get total loss settlement amount in my account. I have shared call recording in this complaint. I am still waiting for one of
                                  the legal team member to talk to me. But no one is calling me, my phone no. [protected], [protected].

                                  Few days back, one their tweeter executive replied that, "We see that the concerned team has already shared the agreement for the same and waiting for an update
                                  from your end. Please check and reply to the concerned team will reach out to you. We appreciate your understanding."
                                  And I asked them to share that document to my email id, but no one shared, I haven't seen it in my email inbox. And I have called their executive to send the document
                                  to my email and she replied to me that within 24hrs it will be shared to my email id, I attached that call recording also in this complaint. I haven't received any
                                  email regarding which agreement they were tweeting about.

                                  All is that, their each and every executive tells lies. No one speaks truth. All are liers. And doing fake promises.

                                  Now my concern is do the settlement within a week. I can't bare more. Finance team is torturing me. Since last 4 months I am not paying emi. There are disturbances in
                                  my family. Daily there are fights in my home due to finance team coming to my home for emi collections. My car value is 11, 50, 000 and all penalties charged on me
                                  because of non emi payments and extra interest should be paid by the zoomcar. Stress can't be valued. It is numerous. If it can be valued then I would have quote here.
                                  And also since oct 3rd to till settlement date, these guys promised to pay 300rs per day, but I received only one month amount, more 3 months amount is due. That also
                                  should be paid.

                                    I have booked the car for home delivery and pickup, however they have charged me 2475/- as an outstanding and forced threatened me to make the payment of 2475/- after having a conversation they have mailed me stating that I am Liable to make a payment of 1702/- and I agreed to make the payment, they didn't send the link of didn't make any effect on Zoomcar Application to make the payment it was reflecting as 2, 475/- and again started sending me threatening E-mail and what's app chat. Therefore request you to please take care of the situation and help me to get out of this. I have been tortured by Zoomcar and when I tried to make a contact to the customer service, I was unable to get connected as there was no live booking so no support.
