Please find below my experience and look into the matter as mentioned:

1. My number is not changing i tried many times.

2. I dispute the extra charges on my trip.

3. As per the zoom app my pickup location was showing on cochin airport international terminal, however I wasted 1 hour of my time and vehicle was not there. Then I called the Number for help which was given to me on mail.

I subscribed a car from zoomcar for a month. I paid advance and monthly charge well in advance. They verified all the detials and delivered the car.

I found that the documents of the car is going to expire in about 2 days from the delivery date. I reminded them and i had chat with their customer representatives, created multiple tickets. They haven't renewed the documents. Since it is not safe the drive the car with out proper document, i submitted their car to them with multiple followups, with in a week after the delivery.

Now i have the proofs that they are going to consider the down time and not used time and they told they are going to refund all the amount, since i created multiple tickets with them.

It's been 3 years and refund is still pending from them. When i chat with them or when take this matter via social network platform with them, they say that they can't do anything since the account is terminated.

How will they say that? What about my money ? I paid 25000 to them for 1 month subscription. The car is having proper documents only for 3 days. In the remaining 27 days, after the multiple complaints, they came and pickedup the car . Totally with in 7 days i handed over to them. Technically speaking i onky used it for 3 days. I got the confirmation from their as well, like they will take this as downtime and process the refund.

I demand zoomcar to give my money back. If you calculate day wise it is going to approximately 22500. I want to forward this compaint through this forum. Since there is of no use, when i took this to them with multiple times.

    Zoomcar has charged me as late fee.The car has got breakdown in the middle of journey and I have intimated them the issue and Parked at a safe place and told to tow the vehicle but they have came late and picked the car, that late charges are leived on me about 15000 rupees.They are sending me mails like they will proceed for FIR, civil court something.The mail from zoomcar i have pasted below

    It has come to our attention that the said vehicle has been used for manner other than those agreed and acknowledged by you, at the time of booking, under the terms and conditions of the Member Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement" Therefore, you are liable to make payment of ₹15496/- to the company.

    Please note that as per the said Agreement, any wilfully declining or/and failure to make payment of the outstanding amount will render you liable to civil and criminal proceedings and the company would be entitled to recover the due.

    Therefore, in spite of several requests from our team to clear the said outstanding, you have always been delaying the same on one or the other pretext and not cleared this undisputed amount till date. We therefore through this notice finally call you to make the payment of the aforementioned outstanding amount of ₹15496/- by Today 5pm, failing which we shall be constrained to file Civil Suit under The Code Of Civil Procedure 1908, Criminal legal proceedings under Criminal Procedure Code 1973 as are warranted by law for recovery of the due amount and any other miscellaneous proceedings against you in the competent court of law, in that event you shall be fully responsible for the same.

    Note:If the payment will not be done as per the given time then we will process your DL and Aadhar to proceed further to file a civil suit against you in civil court, and the legal team will visit your address.

      Profile verification is pending with Zoomcar over the last 2/3 weeks. And no action has been taken by the Zoomcar team yet. I have uploaded the DL, ID and Pic but no message nor any confirmation to book the car. They application does not have option to address the issue as well

        We submitted car to full tank but they refunded only half the amount. Upon talking to customer support they said they will resolve in 24hrs, and then 72hrs. But now we cannot even connect to customer support.

          I booked a zoomcar Booking ID: JPSNCL3PV for 14 Jan 8PM in a location in Benglauru. A few hours back, the car came as unavailable and there were no alternative cars as well.

          Booking Amount: INR 3439/-

          Now, I have not been refunded this amount. I could not reach Zoomcar customer service - there is no human operator nor an email id. I put a Google review and they mentioned they will get back. However, no refund has come through.

            Hi,
            My car is in Zoomcar from last 1Year and i am getting issue for car repair as i don't use my car and there are many small damages which Is Zoom car responsible to fix it and they have taken my car from 18th Jan 2022 and today is third day and Garage people have not got approval for the work and my car is just standing in the garage. I am not able to use my car and i am not getting any payment for same, there is no costomer care number and not getting any reply for mail also
            I have try to get in touch with zoomcar finance Authorize person but he is easily saying that it will take 8 day 10 day and more.
            But why for such small work zoomcar take so much time
            When car is damage we immediately inform and complete our work but for repair you people can give approval for more then 3day
            I request you to please take my mail to the authorised person and let him or her know that when is happening with host who give our new car at this platform

              My booking id: JPSNCCG1Y zoomcar company and team charge me for refueling fee again and again i already cleared everything to them but still i m facing same issue they charge me almost 5 to 10 times and i also gived stard and end trip picture with screenshot for image details please resolve this issue as soon as possible thank you very much.

                Hello, I booked a zoom car on 30th November'2022 at 8 AM from Vizag and made the payment of 12, 000 INR.
                I double-checked the pick up time and car pickup point before booking.
                I called the zoom guys one hour before my pickup time to know the details of the car location and others. Surprisingly, the pickup time got changed. Zoom people informed me that the car pickup time is at 4 PM in the evening! I argued with them that I have booked for 8 AM in the morning but no use. I had to pay them an extra 800 INR and moved the pickup time to 8 AM.
                The worst part is the car is not parked at the location I requested. It is 25 KMs away from the pickup point I requested. I am very frustrated and decided to cancel the trip. Zoom people said that since the pickup time is less than an hour if I cancel the booking, I will receive only a 50% refund. I have no choice, I took a cab from there, traveled 25km to the pickup point, and collected the car.

                My requested drop off was on 5th Dec at 4.30 PM, but I actually handed over the car at the location on 3rd Dec 11.40 PM it self (about 2 days before). We came back to our home.

                Everything was fine for a month and then in January, one fine day I received a Whatsapp message from Zoom saying that they tried to call me a number of times and I failed to respond. They sent me a legal notice over Whatsapp saying I have to make a payment pending with Zoom and if I don't make the payment, the legal team will reach my home. They advised me to install zoom app and see my trips to know the balance amount I have to pay and other details. I installed Zoom app and tried to log in but I never succeeded. It asks my an OTP which I never receive. I haven't received any calls from any of the zoom people and they claim that they called me many times and I did not respond.

                I feel that the Zoom car business is a big fraud, they are cheating people. The authorities should take strict action on these fraudsters. I regret using zoom service.

                    This is Fareez Fathima, I have attached my car in ZoomCar amigos program. This program allows the car owners to attach our car in their company and earn 60% of the revenue and zoomcar will take 40% commission and promises the car protection.
                    Zoomcar_India is doing fraud.
                    My car no. TS07HS9168 is damaged totally by zoomcar customer on oct 3rd.
                    Since then to till today my car total loss settlement...

                    And I have made the booking of Zoomcar, here is the Booking ID JPSN7MMSP
                    Car Maruti Suzuki XL6
                    I have booked the car for home delivery and pickup, however they have charged me 2475/- as an outstanding and forced threatened me to make the payment of 2475/- after having a conversation they have mailed me stating that I am Liable to make a payment of 1702/- and I agreed to make the payment, they didn't send the link of didn't make any effect on Zoomcar Application to make the payment it was reflecting as 2, 475/- and again started sending me threatening E-mail and what's app chat. Therefore request you to please take care of the situation and help me to get out of this. I have been tortured by Zoomcar and when I tried to make a contact to the customer service, I was unable to get connected as there was no live booking so no support. Please find the attachment below, the mail from Zoomcar as confirmation and a legal notice.

                            This is about my car Which was damaged under booking id: JPSN7EKEB (GUEST NAME: ADARSH DAS) on August 14th 2022, Since then zoomcar has sought my personal insurance for repair of my vehicle, which in terms wasn't correct, and its about to be 4 months the car is with a zoomcar workshop, having been in contact with biswarop and joydeep who are manger of damage issues in Zoomcar Host Kolkata, West Bengal, since then they have never provided a proper update and I visited the workshop too baswati autombiles where my car was rusting. These people have also soughted 50k inr rupees from my side.

                              Host didn't not allowed to take a car from the morning i am trying to connect you but now only i contact the support team they spoken to the host he said i am drunken but i won't drink the drink my whole family waiting in the road the host said sir here some payment related issues sir me and zoom the zoom only 1k only given i wont give the car please check with the host and refund the amount

                                Issue : whenever i create the listing on the app, entair listing time shows the downtime for installing the external device which is already installed in my car

                                i have joined the zoomcar host programme to share my car on online platform, but from the day i had joined i am facing the issue with the car listing on the app.

                                I have raised the many complaints on zoomcar host app, e-mail and there representatives mr. Mandar chougale[protected], mr. Akshay kharat ([protected]) but no one resoncing to my query and resolve it.

                                  I am Rahul and I booked a car (car name: Fiat Linea & carnumber: TN 66 T 8259) through Zoomcar application from 28th of june ‘22, 9:30 PM to 4th of july’22. During the trip I have faced gearing issues, I have checked the issue with the local mechanic and he told me that the clutch pressure plate got broken and due to that the car can’t be driven. Since it is too expensive to fix the issue, I have contacted Zoomcar support team for help on July 1st ’22. They instructed me to park the car as it is and asked to send the car images and the location details. So I left the car and shared all the information and they locked the car. They raised a complaint for the above issue and shared the ticket id – 1131293. Zoomcar team also informed me that I will get the refund amount of my cancelled booking and they told me that I will receive a mail regarding the refund claim request within 24 hrs. It's been almost 6 months since I have not received any kind of message or mail communication from their side. Even the support team is so unresponsive during the call. Previously after having a discussion with Zoomcar team they informed me the ticket id for the refund request[protected].
