[Resolved] Zoomcar — No refund of money,cancellation done from zoomcar's end
It has been more than 3 months that zoomcar cancelled the car we booked as they mentioned that the car had a brokedown instead of helping us out they have been mentally torturing us for 3 months now, their cancellation policy says refund will be there in 30 days it has been more than 90 days.
We did prior booking of 11, 826 and they haven't refunded the money thought if consumer forum can help before sending in a legal notice.
