Zoomcar — Payment & Car Related Issues

Respected Sir,

My self Raja Bhattacharya, I joined Zoom Car Host Program from 17th March 2022.

1. After joining Zoom Car as a Host till now I haven't received any weekly payments. Even After many time contacting Zoom Car customer care, till now they didn't take any action rather than wasting my time. After doing complain using Zoom Car apps they send one mail that with in 7 working days payment will be done. But still situation is same, every time they are taking another 7 days.

2. After joining 17th March they took my Car for one booking and return my car with major damages. After doing complain they took my Car for Repair. In zoom Car apps repairing time shown 9 days but day by day it is increasing automatically, till now they didn't return my Car.

Sir basically they took my car not doing any payment for car listing time. Every time they are coming with new issues. They are doing fraud with me. Please help me to find out the solution & please take necessary action
