I had taken a car rental from Zoom Car in Pune on March 11th. The car provided had very low fuel. As per the agreement, I was supposed to return the vehicle with same amount of fuel. But the mobile app kept prompting me to return with full tank and I would be reimbursed, so as a good will I did a full tank and returned it, .
Firstly, there was no option to submit the fuel bill from the app, so I called customer care number, they asked me to send the bill copy to their email ID- [protected]@zoomcar.com which I did and was asked to wait for 48 hours.
Since I did not receive any update, I called them back after 72 hours. I was promised again on reimbursement in 24 hours. Nothing happened
Called them 3rd time after 48 hours, again the same promise of 24 hours.
And now, I can't even call them as it says I don't have an active booking with them.
I do not get any response from their email as well. It's been more than 25days.
The amount to be refund is 2000/-
The frustrating part is, I filled the fuel as a good will so that the next customer doesnt have an inconvenience but it turned out to be my inconvenince to followup multiple times.
Need help in resolving this.
