Zoomcar — Profile verification could not be completed in zoom car app

I have booked a car for 29th February 2024 and 1st March 2024 through zoom car app. The app requires completion of profile verification for unlocking the car for the said date. As part of the profile verification, the app requires us to upload a selfie. I have been trying to upload a selfie and due to some technical error in the app the selfie could not be uploaded. I raised a complaint on the chat section of the app, but I have only received a confirmation mail stating that I will receive a call from the customer support within 24 hours but to no avail even after I have raised the complaint twice. The worst part is zoom car does not have a on-phone customer support service or a proper email id to raise complaint and all complaints should be routed through their app which is not serving any purpose. I request zoom car management to revert to this and resolve this issue as I have only 15 left for the car pick-up
