zoom car a fraud company (legal case will be initiated against them)

I have very serious concern to share. Case ID:

I submitted the car 5-6 days before 45 mins (prior) to your executives. I was told that they saw a scratch on the car. I went to find that there was a very minor (very light) scratch on the left side bumper near the tyres. It was so light that they have to use the torch to take pictures.

After that, the person called his Supervisor on phone and spoke to him in Gujarati....

Making issue for broken which not caused by us

I made the trip of audi Q3 on 04-07-17 at koramangala sonysignal. They shown all the damages before start the trip but they didn't shown the damage which happened on the top of the car. The open door of the top was already broken before they deliver but they are telling its broken by you. Its very planned thing to take the money from customers. Please make sure the thing and solve the problem...

Unnecessarily Blacklisted by the Zoom Car

I am a regular customer of Zoom Car but from a couple of months, i am trying to book a zoom car but the application is showing that you are blacklisted by the zoom car without any reason and intimation.

After that i have emailed almost 3-4 times to the zoom car support but there is no response from there side. I have also called so many times to the customer care number but not able to connect with the representative.

Vehicle repair refund

Hey i made a booking with zoomcar with refrence no JPS6VGBAT on 2 june 2016 . i got my car late after 1 hour with no accessories like car charger and aux cable and it took more than half an hour to resolve the issue after a run of 30kms the car fails to start and after repeated tries it move less than a km and then stops immedaitely ... called the service center guys which said to me that we dont have towing option here and we dont provide...

Delay in service.

I had booked a car though zoom car recently. The pick up time was 10.30pm. The service was so worst that I had to wait for 2.30 hrs to pick the car and that too a car which had bad brakes.

My friend relied on me for dropping him to the airport and almost missed the flight.

I would like to rate this service with 0/5.

What if a lady had to pick the same car? It would be really unsafe for her.br...

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the resolution provided by the Zoomcar regarding my recent booking.
Here are the key issues I faced:
Trip End Issue: I was unable to end the trip using the Zoomcar app due to a technical bug. This is a fault on Zoomcar’s side and not mine.
Incorrect Host Location: The app showed a pickup location that was approximately 25 km away from the host’s actual location. This discrepancy caused significant delays and confusion.
Incorrect Trip Timing: I picked up the car at 7:00 AM, and I reported the issue to customer care at 9:30 AM. Your team confirmed that unused hours would be counted from 9:30 AM onward. However, your resolution states 12:00 PM as the start o[censored]nused hours, which is incorrect.
Host Confirmation: The host also confirmed that the location shown in the app was incorrect. This further validates my claim.
Trip Disruption and Financial Loss: Due to the issues with the car and app, my trip was disrupted, and I incurred losses on pre-booked activities and expenses. I request compensation for these losses.
Proof and Documentation: I have documented all issues, including screenshots, call recordings, and messages, which clearly show the problems from booking to the end of the trip.
Given the above, I request:
A full refund of the booking amount.
Compensation for the financial losses incurred due to the disruption.

The refund amount of ₹3, 392 mentioned in your email is unacceptable, especially the deduction of ₹1, 303 for "used hours," which I strongly contest. A clear explanation of the ₹1, 303 deduction and a correction based on the actual timeline.
No proper response form Zoomcar team either email or call (call not connecting)

      Hi My Car is TS08HL9342, and I have submitted my damage reimbursement claim on 9th of March and today is 12 of April and I havnt received any refund or any progress till now, ticket still says, in review, im really not sure what you guys are reviewing.
      This is the ticket number - 2180567 which was raised, and this was supposed to be fixed by 10 working days, I will be filing an official complaint through ombudsmen as you are misleading the customers.
      Please give a careful thought and resolve it as soon as possible.

        I am writing to express my serious concern regarding my vehicle, which has been listed on the Zoomcar platform and is still not released even after five months.
        Vehicle Details:
        Owner Name: Anshul Jain
        Vehicle Listed On Zoomcar: Tata Nexon UP16EL8296
        Date of Incident: 11.12.2024
        Duration Since Held: Over 5 months
        Despite multiple follow-ups and sharing of all necessary documents, my vehicle continues to remain unreleased. This delay has caused significant inconvenience and financial loss, including EMI burdens and the inability to utilize my own vehicle.
        As per my understanding, the vehicle was booked through the Zoomcar app by a guest, and the accident took place during that booking. I have fully cooperated by sharing all required documents with both Zoomcar and the concerned authorities.
        I request your urgent intervention in this matter. Kindly provide a clear update on the following:
        The current status of the vehicle and steps taken for its release
        Timeline by when I can expect resolution
        Any support Zoomcar is offering towards loss/damages and mental harassment due to the delay
        If I do not receive a satisfactory response within [48 hours/2 business days], I will be compelled to escalate this issue legally and through appropriate grievance channels.
        Looking forward to your prompt action.

          Hi. I have a pending profile verification from 2 months. I tried deleting the profile and using another number but no luck. That one is also pending. All documents are valid and i was registered earlier using the same. But this time its jist pending.

            I booked zoomcar ertiga MH14LJ0124, booking id JPSNOYNXC for 26/03/25 . But now the owner is saying that I am not associated with zoomcar and the booking was confirmed but still the car was not provided. I payed 3542 rs . You cheat people. Who will pay my money, I will drag you to court for this. If I cancelled the trip then only 50% will be refunded what should I do . You are associated with the car owner and now the car was not provided. Whos at fault ??? Who will pay me

              I had booked a car on Zoomcar on 18th February 2024. After I collected the car, the battery went dead and I contacted the owner. He took 2 hours of my booking time and told me that I could drive the car 2 hours past my driving tenure. But as soon as I completed the trip, I was charged an extra amount of 1558 in addition to my original billing amount. I had raised a complain with the team but the problem did not get resolved yet and it has been a year now. I cannot proceed with the car booking without the extra amount being charged. Kind resolve the issue at the earliest.

                  I have my old number registered with zoomcar and now that number is no longer exist with me and i have already made the booking through zoomcar website but now for cancellation or to start the car i need to login in an application but application is not showing any login criteria with email id or they are not allowing to change the phone number in their website so now im stuck with my booking i can not cancel it and even i can not take the car also. further they dont have the customer support section in App or website. my booking is for 12th feb'25 but due to some reasons i want to cancel the same.

                      I have booked a car for 10th Jan, 2024 till 12th Jan, 2024 and paid the entire amount but during profile verification, my drivers license is getting rejected. Zoom car has non existent customer support. So, I'm not getting any help from there. I need a resolution soon as the trip is for tomorrow.

                        Had Rented a car from Mumbai to Pune on November 23, 2024 from ZoomCar. The car was delivered in a very faulty condition & had multiple punctures. It broke down after a couple of kms & had to incur a charge of Rs 2900/- to get it repaired. The customer care committed a refund within 24 to 48Hrs but this wasn't fulfilled. Moreover the customer support team has not replied to any of the emails which were dropped regarding the issue & there is not customer support contact number either. Also the Fastag was blacklisted due to which I had to pay double of all the toll charges which costed me an additional Rs 1280/-

                        This is an extremely irresponsible behaviour with serious life hazard complications.

                          I booked a rental car through Zoomcar and made full advance payment. After making the booking, I didn't receive any email confirmation and cannot see the booking in booking history. All I got was an SMS that asked me to verify my profile before I am allowed to drive the rental car. Unfortunately, there is no way to verify profile on the website. I downloaded the app, but it hangs once I enter my phone number and refuses to provide OTP to proceed. There is no contact details provided on the website to either write email or call someone on phone.
