Hi Team, My name : satya venkata rao bikkina Phone: [protected] Email id: [protected]@gmail.com I have made a booking in zoomcar app on June 1st and my bill is 975 rs. I have opted to fill the fuel from my end so that they refund at the end of the day after trip completion. My fuel cost is about 500rs. I have waited for my refund for almost 4 months and now they refunded the amount as credit points instead of crediting back to account. I have lost my money now and to use those points, i need to make another booking only. So many customers got cheated like this and some action is required against this fraud.
