I am Anurag([protected]) and I recently rented a Maruti Baleno(KA03NF5385).I am writing to formally request a refund and compensation due to the significant inconvenience I experienced with my vehicle during a recent trip near Kalale, Karnataka.
Saturday night my car suddenly broke down and dropped to a speed of 0 in an area with no network coverage. This forced us to seek help from locals and push the car from the highway to a nearby restaurant. Given the circumstances, and particularly with female passengers in our group during nighttime, this was both distressing and unsafe.
We were stranded for 8-10 hours, causing severe disruption to our travel plans. Additionally, I incurred an extra cost of ₹8000 to secure alternative transportation back to Bangalore.
Given the impact on our trip and the unexpected expenses, I believe a refund for the original booking, along with compensation for the additional costs incurred, is warranted.
Below are the charges I had to endure:
1) Cab from Kalale to Bangalore: Rs 6, 000
2) Extra Fuel Remaining in the Car: Rs 2, 000
3) Car Breakdown: The vehicle broke down 26 hours before my scheduled return, which caused significant disruption to my plans.
They simply created a ticket(Ticket ID[protected], thats all. I am getting no support from these guys. Was this information helpful? |
