[Resolved]  Zoomcar — Security Deposit

I have booked car on 1st Sept for 4 Hrs, Completed the journey within the Booking time, 2 days back, On Facebook i have posted the request, also got callback, I have shared NEFT details. Zoomcar committed 2 days, Today again zoomcar is telling 2 days, Can you help me with the same, Today the refund status shows completed, But i have not received any ... [protected]

Dashboard on the site was showing miscalculation, I have followed up for 2 weeks, i was getting the same response, that we are taking to the refund department and they will release the funds soon, then i have started complaining on the social media page and every post of them, After doing so, they have started following me up, and released the refund in next week, it took more than 15 days to get the funds back.

Hi Zoom MY Booking ID is JPS6NDVZI I completed MY Trip On 29 AUG I completed with 30 working Days still Not Refunded MY Money just 1500 rupees Please check it out
