[Resolved] Zoomcar — security deposit refund | |||
Dear team, i booked a scorpio (2117) from zoom car on 16th or march to 25th of march but due to covid-19 lockdown i asked them to collect the car on 21st of march and many times after that as it was complete lockdown in whole country and then customer care executive ask me to let it with me and he told me as soon as after the lockdown they will send executive and collect it from my location between this i was continue in connect with zoom car by mail and by call, 9th of may 2020 executive of zoom car collected the car from my place and they told me that i will get the refund amount within 15 days, but after 15 days again i connected them on customer care number they told me it will done by 1st of june and till then i am trying to connect with zoomcar but zoomcar executives blocked my number and zoom customer care number is also not in use i sent them many mails but not getting any reply from zoomcar, now on zoomcar application and website the status is refund paid but i am not got a single amount of refund.
