    I had made a booking on 9/6/2020, Booking ID- JPS6NY9GE for which I have not received the refund of 1499 rs and a booking on 30/8/2020, Booking ID- JPS6ND6XT for which I have not received the refund of Rs 1395 security deposits. And they keep promising me a refund and don't deposit the amount. Kindly help me get a refund.

        Need refund of deposit amount but zoomcar is reluctant to give it back. Zoomcar is blaming Covid situation for their incompetence.

          I have booked the Zoomcar from 9 Jul to 14 Jul’20 with ID: JPS6N5VI7. I returned back it on 12th july i.e 2 days before the completion date. I have been told that my refundable deposit will be credited in 7-10 days
          (Mentioned in websites as well). Today is 2 sept and even after completion of 50 days they are just making us fool. They are not refunding the deposit amount of Rs.1999

            Car got punctured when i asked the mechanic to fix it with a spare tyre he told me that the spare one isn’t fit to drive.

            He told me that the car might boggle because stepney isn’t fit to go.

            So due to this i have to fix a puncture tyre which is costing us around[protected] puncture) plus service cost.

            Just because of this bad stepney i have to fix that punctured tyre and waste of time. 😭😭😭😭.

            Explanation:-

            From here i reached the car drop off place, i have informed the same thing to the customer care team and car delivery person.

            The customer care team informed me that excess kms will be charged to you with rs9/km but i got information from the same zoomcar team that it's 8rs/km.

            My tyre got punctured.

            Then the customer care told me to share the bill for repaired puncture tyre, i informed him that my car got punctured at a certain place where no one was there except that one mechanic. So i referred to him as we were getting late for the exam.

            I asked him to replace it with stepney, he informed me that the tyre rim is bent and if he fixes that in the car, the car might lose balance and if you go at speed of 80km/h this might cause an accident or bad vibrations in the car. Though i asked him to repair a punctured tyre for which he took 800 rs for 3 punctures.

            I asked him for a bill, mechanic informed me that he was illiterate though he is not able to read and write. This is the reason he doesn't have any bill book. Here we cannot do anything in this case as i was getting late so i pushed off to my place. I explain all this to customer care. But the escalation team and ccr were continuously saying the same thing that we cannot do anything you have to pay and as you don't have a bill instead of looking for alternative or escalating issues further.

            My point is if i am stuck somewhere on highway do i first ask for help or bill book??? I have shared all the necessary proof on email with pictures of it and everything still they kept saying the same thing on call. Bill bill bill bill... They took my 1 hour with lots of repeating answers and frustration conversation escalation person kamal.

            Everytime when i book a zoomcar i have to fight or argue with zoomcar support just because i am writing this and they never understand this. Then i have to escalate the issue from my end to get the right person on call.

            It's not just about money, it's just to understand the simple fact that the mechanic was illiterate and he didn't have a bill book, if the customer is sharing pic so they should trust us.

            I am getting a car multiple call from the car delivery boy to pay the amount forcing him to complete this ride asap. He called me 10 times just to make payment.

            Why is the team forced to leave the issue and simply pay the amount?

            Disgusting zoomcar team support and frustrating to book a car i was planning to be a part of zap team by starting zap service but not now from here.

            There are other self car delivery providers in jaipur city still i booked your car service instead of knowing the fact that you're providing 625 kms in 5290 (Approx) and they are providing unlimited kms in 5500. Just because i am your regular customer and keep this bonding.

            I will not explain all this issue on call again, if someone is calling me please read this email and answer my question or provide me with a better alternative help.

              Hi

              I had booked a zoomcar for 22nd May, and had filled extra fuel, for which I should be getting a refund of INR 1266.
              Unfortunately, even after over 3 months and multiple support requests, I have neither received any refund nor any response to my queries.

              Kindly help.

              Thanks for notifying, but then Zoomcar does seem to be in any mood to refund, or even reply to any of the communications.
              Kindly suggest on legal options available to me.
              The refund is pending since May 22nd.

                I booked zoom car on 1st week of july and last week of july.. Unfortunately i had to cancel the bookings but zoom car has not refunded the amount till now.. One booking was cancelled almost 2 months back and one booking was cancelled a month back. Please refund the amount asap..

                  Hello i book a car on25th July total amount Rs. 3682, so at that point rules in Hyderabad was different so i had to cancel the ride, i called up customer care and my refund was initiated but i still now didn't my refund.

                    I had booked a car from 5th July 2020 to 8th July 2020. My booking ID was - JPS6N50CI

                    They promised to give me the refundable deposit of Rs. 999, but it has been almost 2 months and I haven't received my refund.

                    I called the customer care multiple times but they didn't respond and now their customer care is also not reachable.

                      It all started with booking. A couple of hours before the car was to be delivered i was informed that only a 'vintage' car with 50, 000kms plus mileage would be available. This in the cv 19 days when older the car, the greater the risk of infection.
                      The car was delivered late at night. Next morning i discover the rubber beading on one side of the roof was missing. I inform the person who delivered the car, but receive not acknowledgement. Two weeks later the wiper blades are worn out and have to be replaced. Then one tyre gets punctured.
                      Then i extend the booking for an extra month and everyone is very prompt in billing me. When i call about faulty wipers there is no reply from call centre, and none over e mail. Then i see a charge for rs3000/- for updating some checklist for listing one day late. I was never informed i needed to fill this checklist and by when.

                        I had booked a car multiple times in zoomcar with fuel package, so after completing a trip they will provide the fuel reimbursement. But last 6 months they not providing fuel refund for me. It will cost more than 17 thousand rupees. I called daily to zoomcar customer service, they said we will make the refund soon. Till now (More than 6 months) i didn't received any refund from zoomcar.

                          I didn't receive money yet, it is almost more than 45days.

                            I have completed my trip on 29 may 2020 and its been 3 months now that i haven’t received my security refund amount back. The policy say that amount will be reflected upto 15 days. And i also had called the customer care but they said they will initalize the refund amount in 2 to 3 weeks but still haven't given me the amount back. Now when i am calling the customer care they say that as i have made no booking so will not be able to talk. Worst service i have ever seen. I dont know why it takes too long for refunding amount. Very poor experience. I have email them many times but they are not providing me any resonable response

                                My booking : JPS6NJU9K was cancelled due to lock down on 25th March.
                                I was assured, that there are no outstanding charges and I'll receive Refund of full amount, i.e. Rs 7, 459
                                Whenever i am inquiring about my refund - they just reply the same message again and again
                                "We are sorry that the refund is yet to be processed. Please be assured, the refund will be processed on Priority."
                                I am waiting from last 6 months and yet they just send the same response.
                                Really disappointing to see this service after taking 50+ rides.

                                  Hi team,

                                  Please refund my pending amount of ₹13517 for the booking JPS6NJ3LO. This request is pending from April 2020 Even after constant follow ups through email, as you guys don't pick calls anymore.

                                  Really disappointed. Hope this will be an eye opener and will help initiating the refund.

                                    Total 3 refunds are still pending - jps6nd2xf, jps6ndqmr and jps6ns1ik which the total money comes to 15, 000 inr. The sla is breached for all the above bookings refund. We will file a fraud/420 case if this refunds are not processed by september 1st as this caused financial problem/loses.

                                    Worst customer experience i have witnessed by zoomcar.

                                      Zoom car booked on 21st July with JPS6NSQLF Booking ID was cancelled by the zoom car team and I was notified that the refund has been initiated which will be credited within 15 days. However I still have not received the payment, to which neither customer support answers the call nor they email back.
