We have escalated the issue to the concerned manager to check on the delay in resolving the issue and to take corrective measures. In regard to the refund, we see that the late charges have been reversed and the repair charges has been added to your billing. An amount of Rs. 351, has been released to your PayU wallet and Rs.143 has been credited to your Citrus wallet. Once again apologies for the inconvenience caused.
