I had made a zoomcar booking, details below.

I received the host details and the location previous night and confirmed details for pickup and other formalities.
Over the midnight while I was travelling to the place I got a message from the host saying his car met with accident last week and the zoomcar is having a bad customer care for the same. So the host was not willing to give there car (TN59CS0439). Since the booking is cancelled from the host I again tried to book the another only car (TN60BZ4132) which was available in the location (DINDIGUL, TAMIL NADU). That was also cancelled from the host side due to the customer service issues.
I had tried to frantically contact zoom through the chat option since there was no customer care number. So all the plan was ruined and have to book the taxi to continue the journey.
I request you to resolve this as soon as possible and refund the full amount that I paid (Rs 10, 768) since I did not initiate the cancellation and I was left without a car at the last moment which caused me a major inconvenience in a new city.
According to there policy the refund will take maximum of 30 days. I have waited for that too. If I do not hear back from you, I will be taking legal action as a service which I prepaid for was not provided and cancelled at the last minute without my intimation.
I am attaching all relevant screenshots and correspondence with the zoom host as well.
