For booking ID JPSNCFVEX, we drove to munnar from bamgalore. On 12th the car engine stopped working because the coolant started leaking due to a leak in the radiator hose. We informed the car host but zoomcar did not reply to our emails or calls. I tried raising ticket through their chatbot but they asked to call which they didn’t pick up. The car got broke down as the owner had a faulty battery installed. I had a word with Zoom Car customer support, they told me to raise a ticket. I have booked a car from Zoomcar. I can’t upload a selfie for profile verification required to complete the booking. The account has a selfie from 2018 which it says is unclear but there is no way to replace the said picture. When I upload a selfie, it shows as blank and reverts to old one.
