I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent incident happened when I tried to rent a car from zoomcar.

On 19th October, I made a reservation for a car, Chevrolet Sail U-Va 2016, WB02AE7127
Booking ID: JPSNIQRM0 to be delivered at 11 AM, and it was shocked to find that driver denied to give car at 10.50 AM and he didn't even cancelled the booking, whereas I called him more than 10 times to get the details he didn't pick up the call.

I want full refund of the amount paid.

I had met all the required criteria and provided all the necessary documentation as per your policies and even paid full amount even tried to contact host before 2 hours but he didn't picked up the phone

    I have booked a car yesterday on 16th October 2023 by the Booking ID - JPSNILBTZ, for which i was advised to collect Car today morning at 8:00AM. But when we are trying to call Host several times, he just disconnect the call. And on App when we have enquired about it, he just casually says that the Car has gone for service. Therefore all my plans was dropped because of this silly reason. and moreover since the trip time has started i am not able to cancel and get the complete reimbursement. Such a pathetic company, to address the said issue they do not have a calling number neither the mail is getting replied by the other side. I have booked Tata Nexon for 4 days and have paid a lump-sum amount of 10, 740/- for the said booking. Kindly refund our hard earned money ASAP.

    Not yet, hopefully we get the Refund at least as we have not used the Car at all.

      I have my account registered with phone [protected]. I even uploaded images of my car as well. When I was trying to update my email, I was not receiving otps and then I was trying to update my bank details, it was showing that ‘your account has been blocked due to suspicious activity detected’. I tried to connect via support chat bot but it was of no use.I thought I’ll delete my account and start afresh.

      But now, when I’m trying to login using my registered number, it’s showing the account has been blocked and I have been trying to reach zoomcar support team to let me know what needs to be done. I want to list my car on the app as soon as possible.

        I’ve booked a trip and now that im supposed to verify my profile, for the past 2 days I’ve tried and every time it says “opps we ran into a problem try again later”, if it continues to be like this then my trip will be cancelled, please look into the problem and find a solution.

          I had given my car on Zoom, its trip was completed on Friday night, but the trip is not ending from the customer's side. and the customer have complained about this but there is no help available and for which I have not even received my money and the trips are still being shown.

            Hi,
            My account is blacklisted due to multiple usage of my driving licence in multiple id. we had wrongly given my DL in another id as driver instead of co driver. Request to kindly recover my mail id [protected]@gmail.com for me tto make bookings in future.

                I have been a regular customer of Zoom Car for a couple of months, I also have been rated 5 stars by the previous hosts that I had booked the vehicle from...and now I have been trying to book a car but the application is showing that you are blacklisted by the zoom car without any reason or intimation, what's the point of maintaining the rating when you're going to be treated like this..?

                Since then I have emailed almost 5-7 times to the Zoom car support but there has been no response from their side. I have also called so many times to the customer care number but have not been able to connect with the representative.

                Please help me out of this and provide a valid reason for this inconvenience.

                    I'm raising this complaint 2nd time since I have posted the same complaint in 30th September and till date zoomcar has not yet resolved the issue.I was unable to unlock the car through app tried to contact customer care and there was no option rather than through app which was of no use they will say a ticket will be raised and since 10 days no update from them worst experience in my life .even in this portal they are not ready to give any reply since last 8 days.
                    Zoomcar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                    I have posted the issue twice still no response from zoomcar since 16 days the company is service is very poor no direct contact for customer care only a chatbot that also wont work properly .advance payment booking and you won't get the service and for the money you lost nobody will reply to it.worst service provider.
                    Issue not yet resolved by the company its been 2 months and nobody responded till date

                      Unable to login with registered mobile number

                      I have a trip in zoom car today (7/10/23) from 6 PM till Tomorrow 8 PM. I was unable to login to my account in Zoomcar App since the booking. Ive tried every possible ways to register this issue but nothing is helping. My profile is all verified and Ive paid the full trip amount in advance. Please help me resolve this issue by providing a proper solution (refund would be better)....

                      Not able to login into the application

                      Hi. I have booked zoom car at Coimbatore from[protected] but I hv been logged out of the application and when I am trying to login, I am getting an error. Same is happening in their website as well. If not able to login to the profile, I will not be able to use the services...

                      I booked a car from zoomcar on 30th september. The pickup was at 2am. I reached the location of the car at 2am and the car wasn't there at it's location. I tried to contact the owner of the car through zoomcar app but the app didn't connect me to the owner so I had to cancel the booking in a hope to get my refund. Unfortunately they are not giving me my refund. They charged me with 12184 rupees and didn't provide me with any services. I need my refund

                        I reached the location at the scheduled time and tried to unlock the car through the application. However, I was unable to unlock the car from my login application. I tried multiple ways to reach the support team, but there was no way to reach out. So, I started sending emails and waited for some time for a reply, but there was no response. Suddenly, after 6 hours, I received an application notification that my trip had started. Due to this application issue and lack of response from the support team, we were not able to continue the trip as per the plan and lost both time and money. Since I was not able to use the Zoomcar vehicle due to an application issue, kindly refund my money as soon as possible. It is my sincere request.

                        *Earlier post has a typo mistake in the first point. It’s not ‘lock’, it’s ‘unlock’

                          I had a trip scheduled on 1st September 2023 but the car host denied the car at the time of pickup saying he doesn't give his cars to bachelors. So the customer care cancelled the booking and since then the refund is pending. Their customer care is unresponsive and chat bot just keeps giving random dates by which the refund will be processed. The last date given for the refund was 3rd October which is more than a month later. This is very unprofessional. My booking id is JPSNICIWI. Please help me get my refund as soon as possible.

                              I am writing to formally file a complaint against Zoom Car for the unresolved issue regarding my recent booking with Booking ID JPSNIJV69. Despite multiple emails and follow-ups, I have not received a satisfactory response from Zoom Car's customer support.

                              On the scheduled booking date of September 17th, 2013, at 7 am, I encountered an extremely distressing situation. The host informed me that the car I had reserved was not available. What compounded the problem was that Zoom Car's application erroneously recorded that I had taken possession of the car and even ended the trip without my involvement.

                              This has resulted in unjust charges for a trip I never undertook. I firmly believe that I am entitled to a complete refund of the ₹2126 that I paid for the booking.

                              It is crucial to note that Zoom Car possesses a recording where the host clearly states that the car was not available and that it would only be available later in the evening.

                              I kindly request Zoom Car to arrange for a phone call to discuss this matter further and expedite the refund process without further delay.

                              I eagerly await your immediate response and a prompt resolution to this issue.

                                I made a booking with Zoomcar For a 1 day trip on 30th Sept 23, at the time of booking I made the full payment of rupees 3913 and submitted my documents (driving license and Aadhaar card) as asked by Zoom. However on the day of booking when I reached near the vehicle I could not start the vehicle since Zoomcar did not verify my profile. I tried contacting multiple times over phone call and chat and I was kept on waiting for an hour on call and no resolution was made. Host also tried calling Zoomcar but they were also not given any resolution.

                                For the whole day I kept trying to contact the customer care but could never reach a real agent to talk to. Then the worst thing happened Zoomcar app started crashing and I was logged out and now I can not even check my booking in the app. Also, Zoomcar customer care number started rejecting my call with an automated response that "I have exceeded the time limit of talking to their agents" when I did not even get to talk to their agent once.

                                Now my trip day has passed and my trip is over. I still could not unlock my vehicle and my money has wasted and I am still not able to talk to Zoomcar customer care to get any resolution.

                                And after all this I am facing another harassment from the Zoom Host. The Zoom host is behind me that their booking time has passed and that I have not unlocked his vehicle and because of it he is not getting the payment for his booking. Now the host is asking me the amount again while I have already paid the zoom car.

                                Zoomcar is providing pathetic service and they are making sure their customer never try them again. I am raising this complain with utmost frustration and helplessness.

                                I want a full refund of my booking and some corrective actions taken from Zoomcar to ensure this does not happen again with other users. If I get no resolution here, then I will file a Police complaint against the Fraud and harassment that has happened with me.

                                  I had a booking done for today starting 3 AM with Booking Id: JPSNIK03G.
                                  I started calling the host at 2:45 AM and since then he was unreachable. I reached the Location that was mentioned in the App for Pickup but could not find the Vehicle nor dis the host got connected with me.

                                  Finally after searching for him or the car for one and half hour, I had raised the concern in Zoomcar Chat to which it was suggested to select the alternate car. I selected alternate car but for the alternate car as well, the host name was showing as same and the “Call Host” button on the app redirected to the same host as previous. Hence no answer again.

                                  Finally raised it with Customer Care Person over call and he assured me that I can cancel and receive back the full refund. However I was not seeing cancel option so he suggested to reinstall the app and try again. Post disconnecting the call with the support agent To receive the otp, I have been trying to log back in into the ZoomCar App but have not been able to login successfully yet.

                                  This has resulted me in not being able to perform cancel operation over the app and there is no other way I could reach out to the customer support for this issue as all the options suggest to go via chat which could only be accessed via the Application. Therefore, I have not been able to request cancellation for my booking. Kindly do the needful here from your end and provide me the refund money back.
