Zoomcar — Zoom Car payment deducted but booking not confirmed

Hi,

I have made a reservation for 12th Feb to 14th Feb of Datsun Redi-GO MT Petrol from Coimbatore and the amount has been deducted from my account but I received no booking confirmation, so I again tried to book the same car for same date and time using another account of mine and I got the booking confirmation. The help page said to wait for half an hour but the booking wasn't confirmed so I did the transaction again because of the emergency. It been over a month and I have raised multiple ticket through app and have raised many mails to the help center mail id too. To be sure I have raised a ticket to my bank to check whether the transaction was successful and the money has reached the merchant.
It has been confirmed from my bank that the transaction was successful and the money has reached the Zoomcar account. I have attached the transaction details and also the confirmation provided from my bank. Please look into this ASAP.

Hi,

After raising the above mail, I received a call from Rahul Singh (Ph num-[protected]) stating he is from a Zoom customer care. On asking him about the refund amount, he asked me to install several online payment apps to check for my bank balance. After several arguments, I informed that I would take this legally. He told me that he won't transfer my refund since my account balance is low. And that he would transfer the refund only If i had a minimum balance of ₹5000. He spoke disrespectfully that zoom cars won't handle poor customers and they prefer only premium customers. Tried calling him several times but it says switched off. Kindly do the needful to get my refund back.
