I had a booking on 17th March but when I had gone to pick up the car it says to unlock it through app or through call. I tried through app but it shows an error so I called Zoom customer care to unlock my car but they haven't picked up the call. I am trying to call till now but no one is picking up the call. So I just need my booking amount back nothing more.
Zoomcar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    I've booked Renault Kwid today and done 100% payment in advance, I drove 6kms to pickup location of car and surprisingly there was no vehicle. Company lied and making fools of customer after receiving payments.

    No one in company responded to call and solved the query. I've waited for 15mins and no response.

    Chor company it is.

      Hi,

      We not like your services for partner we need to remove ur all device from car by today only else I will put complaint in consumer forum because from last 1 month we suffer my car battery drain 3times no one comes to help no one pickup call on service center even my all tickets are open as same no one replying properly all kind of promises are failure from zoom side. When you guy need tie u send person same day to put n now we are begging on that to remove even we can't use my own car when it's emerging than no use to carry forwards this .
      Request u to send person today only any how to remove all devices

        I had booked Tavera to travel 260 kms where the odometer reading before the trip start was 81246 kms on the dashboard and after completing the trip the final odometer reading was 81531 kms. In all I had travelled 285 kms during the entire journey. While filling the checklist the last registered kilometer reading was 75000kms. Due to this when I entered the actual last kilometer reading zoomcar has put an extremely huge outstanding amount on the bill. Kindly help me in getting this resolved.

          I booked car ID JPS699VWE this I’d number Maruti swift MT petrol DL9CAS6359 this car number I pickup time 12:00AM 18, march.2022 to drop off time 11:30PM 18, march, 2022 but I’m going to pick-up This car but not Available in Location Zoom car. Customer care is not responding at all. I paid 100% amount Please refund my money

              I have booked zoomcar for 19th March 9am - 7pm but didn't received any vehicle the whole day. Today at 9:50 they cancelled my booking and di dt refund my money back. I didn't received any vehicle and how come they charge for it. I just want my money back

                We planned a trip and wanted to book zoom car in between process we came to know that firstly we have to get our DL verified. I have uploaded it on the app and it's been more than 15 days, what a ridiculous service provided by zoom car. Despite of reading lot of negative comments about the service I tried to trust zoom car but at the end they're not worth it.

                I have returned the car with 90% of extra fuel and driven 3km lesser than the range allocated with booking.

                I was charged ₹65 at the rate of ₹13 per km and no full money was reimbursed. I have screenshots from zoom car app.

                  My self Raunak Mundada i booked zoomcar on 18/03/2022 from12.30pm to 8.30pm ID:JPS699FUF Car Model: TATA Altroz Car no: MH/31/FR/1508 .
                  Car not available at location i did not recive car and i paid payment in advance. I call on coustomer care many time but they did not pick a call and mail id also not available in app. i paid Rupees.1501 from slice cerdit card Tansaction ID[protected]. i request you please look into this mattar an refund my money and mlease conata me as soon as possible.

                    I have a booked a self driven car on 19/03/2022 from 2:30PM to 10:30PM ( for 8Hrs), as per company policy they have assigned me a car, MH12QM9857, after payment that according to then was parked on a location showing in their app but when I reached there at 2:10PM, I found that there is no car parked with such a number I waited at the location for 45mins and also tried calling zoom car customer service to track the exact location but no-one respond and had not picked my call. After around 45mins I came back and again tried calling but till time none is responding about the same. I finally tried to cancel my booking also that also didn't work.
                    I want my completer refund for the booking Rs 1512+ charges to reach a pick up location and come back approx 1000Rs+ charges I spent to finally go on the location for which I booked a self driven car Rs 2000 Total=4512rs
                    . Attaching below proofs of the booking, Call details and also car pickup location as per app. Kindly support to get my refund at the earliest.

                      I've booked a car on[protected] from 3:30-11 pm and full amount of 1, 217 was paid and car was allotted and in minutes it notified as car unavailable and my trip was spoiled i didn't get any car on that day and customer care didn't pick up the phone and no alternate car was given and no refund was given this is case of fraud and cheating people's money by the zoomcar company I want my refund of 1, 217

                        They supposed to refund but they denined

                          We have booked a car DatsonRedi -go petrol
                          On[protected] from 2:00am to 10:00am. We have reached the pickup location given. But couldn't find the car at the location we have searched for the car like for an hour but couldn't find any. We have also tried to contact the customer care but no one available we have tried like many times but there was no response. Zoom car being highly reputed company this is not the response a customer would appreciate for. All we just want is our 100% money refund. Kindly check on this issue and refund our money as soon as possible.

                            I can't find the Car in the location which was shown in the App. I called Customer care also, but they didn't gave any of single response.

                              I had booked a zoomcar for 8am and it was delivered to me at 9:20am. I had planned my day accordingly but now I have to change it because of the delay. No proper response from the driver or the agent. Pathetic service.

                                    When we reached pick up location, owner denied handover saying they are not able to unlock it. Tried reaching zoomcar executive for couple of hours with no response. Finally had to cancel my trip and come back home and now zoomcar executive is not supporting me with any resolution. I had my family stranded on road for a long time and I spent money out of my pocket to and fro to the location. This is inappropriate and unacceptable. Action required on such faulty listings and way zoomcar executives are incapable of providing help.
