Hey, this charge against booking id : JPS69SZGM is totally unjustified. Please do rectify, we haven't met with any accident or
incident in our reservation period we just stopped the car and while again commencing the journey oil and battery
symbol popped up so we stopped. However we know its not good to drive while leakage of oil so we stopped the
vehicle called zoomcar they said to find a mechanic near by so we found only on 2mins way we mechanic said the
chamber is unhealthy its leaking even when he was observing the vehicle engine was completely fine he said not to
start the engine as oil levels were getting very low and it was however it was time to sunset mechanic denied to repair
and we parked aside as said by zoomcar fleet and after much time zoomfleet locked the vehicle from their end and
said to leave the place on our own zoom said it was consequential damage but how it could be vehicle was
completely fine engine not even left a white smoke not even sound bad in my possession it was just limited to
chamber leakage after zoom fleet locked our vehicle we left the spot. after that i dont know what happened after and
before my possession and i dont think i should be worried after zoom fleet locked the vehicle as said by zoom that the
engine was seized I'm not responsible in my possession engine was completely fine.
1**. If the seizure took place it might have taken place after zoom car people came to check or they may have
driven or they tried to forcibly start the engine.
2.** While leaving the vehicle Engine condition was the same as it was at the time of pickup.
3*** And the time when we were talking to one of the zoom fleet after it started to leak that man said to neutral the
gear and try to start how bad assist who says to start the vehicle after a oil symbol popping up however battery was
down so it was not taking the self start.
4*** i can take responsibility of battery down because at the time when we went to have site seeing at the beach we
forgot to turn off the cabin light but however it caused
very much trouble to start but finally it took a self start
5*** how can the zoomcar is so surely saying that the chamber is damaged while in my possession it might have
been damaged by someone else before the booking and as a result or consequential poor chamber started to leak
the oil causing trouble to us.
6****You can rectify the condition of the car before my booking front bumper and the footboard were having major
damages which might have damage the lower body
7** I CANNOT TAKE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF DAMAGES OR CHARGES WHICH HAVE NOT TAKEN PLACE IN
MY POSSESSION PLEASE DO RECTIFY
