This is regarding my booking done on 20th October by paying around ₹5, 000 which I cancelled after 15 minutes of my booking. I also paid the cancellation charges of ₹1, 416 even though I didn't drive the car ( as per company's policy). I am a zap associate. Haven't been getting proper response from the support team for the concerns raised. Car's parts have been found missingafter the booking. I took zoomcars for the first time. There were two booking types, with and without fuel. With fuel costs me around 1k extra. I opted that for my convenience thinking the car will come with the fuel. When the fleet brought the car, the car arrived with 15% fuel and fuel light beaming, fleet asked me to fill fuel myself, told they will refund the money.

We have booked car with zoomcars
First of all there was a no car u guys delayed the schedule by 2 hrs and a very rude staff.
You guys told that time has been extended by 1 hr and now charging extra 600rs for late charges and we haven't even completed our total kms and u guys again charging us around 1600rs for excess kms.
Don't know what the hell is wrong with the staff over there very rude behaviour and charging for...

Zoom cars (pune) employees doesn't have respect for customers and no manners. They didnt give the card cleaned and Mr Sameer asked me to clean the dust with cloth and deducted 300 rs from the refund of petrol. worst experience. i will never choose zoomcars again. Also, they (some one eating paan and spit it infront of me) used wrong words (eating some ###) when I asked why should i clean it. Hope this will make some difference and take...
