I have completed my trip on May 28th. I have followed up with them N number of times. Initial calls gets connected to the customer care and later they remove the me option of speaking to the customer care. Till now I haven’t received my refund of rupees 3799/-. No response to multiple mails and when the call once in a blue moon gets connected, they blabber something and cut the call and then there is no option to reach out to them. I also travelled to all their offices in Bangalore and they are shut. Was this information helpful? |
