This is regarding my booking done on 20th October by paying around ₹5, 000 which I cancelled after 15 minutes of my booking. I also paid the cancellation charges of ₹1, 416 even though I didn't drive the car ( as per company's policy). The balance amount of ₹4, 146 is not yet credited to my bank account even after reaching them so many times. Zoomcars are behaving like real scamsters Was this information helpful? |
