[Resolved]  Zovi — Product not received, showing delivered

Hi my order id is ZW9NPS which was placed on 13 oct 2014, but i have't recieved my order till date. When i check on fedex[protected] its showing delivered and signed by some kailash. If its deliverd on wrong address, please provide me refund for my order. It will be great i[censored] can provide me details of which Saturday you are talking about. As far as i can track its showing 25/10/2014 - Saturday delivered. Whereas it was not delivered to me its showing signed by for Kailash and i dnt any.
Please let me know the status its very annoying.

I am still waiting for proper assistance from FedEx Express or Zovi. I don't know where you have delivered my product. I am not concerned about whose fault it is all i am concerned is i want my product or money back.
