I got a mail, for lucky draw contest for rs 599, stated condition as 'If not selected total money will be given back', i have paid the 599 rs in November. when i contacted customer care, they told that money will not be given back, and i will be given equal points and with that i can purchase any item.
I tried to purchase an item in february, and surprised it is allowing to take only 75% of my credit points out of 599 points....
