i have been aircel for about seven years. But recently i started getting calls from aircel regarding the song choice for caller tunes. Its really irritating when am busy with my job. First of al am not at all interested in setting caller tunes.. I never want such calls. U ppl r really irritating thru ths sort of calls, So pls stop these calls. Its interrupting our job. setting caller tones is our own wish .. so pls do ths favour sir, , ,...

I purchased a aircel sim card on 10th of june, 2009
I recharged with rs.98 to get unlimited internet, but when i started using pocket internet, browsing/surfing was fine, but download was very poor, when i try to download a file which is more than 750kb-1mb, it doesn't downloads the full file, it gets paused, and now after 5 days the browsing is also getting poor and...

i am received lot of SMS from Delhi aircel card. I have warned lot of times but that person is not obeying to my words and not attending he calls. Simply sending unwanted SMS. The number is [protected]. Please trace the number and block the card....

Hi,

I am a post paid customer of Aircel, Madurai for more than 2 years. The service provider is not allowing to switch over to prepaid connection.

All other networks are allowing the customers to switch with some basic terms and condition. Even the same Aircel is allowing this facility in Chennai network.

Please help me in this.

AIRCEL Customer care said that AIRCEL are providing pocket internet if you get E-RECHARGE of 98 in your mobile then you can access internet in your mobile and PC.But I am not able to use this service in my PC.I asked customer care then he told me, sorry sir you cannot use this service in your PC so sorry for providing wrong information and Customer care are not taking my complane for this and my mobile no is [protected]...

I thought it would be a great experience while using new no. of Aircel and i would get some great services by your co. but i was wrong my new no. not even activated till date and all formaliites has been done 2 weeks before. I activate GPRS Connection. but your reply message "Internal Server Error" is denoted every time.
and i dialed 52024. but "the call couldn't by compleated" recorded voice every time. More then 5 times i complained this msg to customer care employees. but no responsible for that above so please send me the GPRS settings....

i had purchased aircel pre-paid sim{[protected]} on[protected] till now it is not activated. i had submitted my address proff 2 times, when i call at customer service center regarding my problem they say they does't get my address proff thats why my no. is not activated. when contact the dealer he said he submitt my i.d....

I have activated 200 local mobile mins, To my suprise in the bill, there is no 200 local mobile mins discount.

I'm very sorry to say that the Aircel bill generation is aimed to cheat the customers....

i hav purchased aircel postpaid no and activate aircel unlimited gprs on it and from the day of activation i havent use the gprs service and i called customer care around 20-25 times but they always said that the service will b start in 24 hours. my cell no is [protected] and i want to giv dis no back to the company and wants my security back instantly...please help me on this......
