Our landline number and broadband connection number is [protected].. We have raised atleast minimum of 15 complaints.. Each time there is no permanent fix.. I want airtel to answer this and know the reason why they want to loot money unnecessarily! I have all the complaint details and how many times have we paid with internet not working. Pls help...

My sim got activted before 4 days however msg service is not activated yet. Everytime i called they always transefer the call from one department to other and unable to the solution. It has been a horrible experiences o[censored]sing your sim for the last few months. I have been not able to use the data at all in my phone. If you provide me the data for five minutes for the next five hours you disconnect it. I suppose to use 1gb data per day and i am unable to use even 10 mb data per day due to no connection.
