This airtel is only for net work but not for internet or data purpose, but gio is for both purpose network and for lovable data too also
Day to day the people are going for port from airtel - to - gio but still airtel is not decreasing its data packs rates.
Why this much cost for 3g data even their is no any good name of airtel in the market right know
Just decrease the rates costs of data packs then i hope u may be...

prepaid internet recharge failed

On the 4th of july 2017, i had tried to recharge the phone no [protected] twice for an amount of rupees 252 (Total of rupees 504/-) for prepaid internet, mumbai.
However both times the times the transaction failed.
Both the times the amount was deducted from my account.
I have still not received the refund of the amount.
We request you to please look into the same and arrange for the refund...

This is so foolish that i am following up with airtel store and customer care from last 10-15 days about the issue which is happening in my phone that is no incoming calls and landing in phone, no help from anyone.. Seriously???

Am so irritated by airtel telecom company i didn't know about there systems. Am no longer stay with us. Without any info 57 rupees deduction from my airtel main balance why..?? Please either convert the recharge from 303 to 349 and deduct rest amount from balance or refund the 303 to my wallet in my airtel app so that I can recharge 349.
