Today on 17th Dec 2016 I got a SMS from AY-650001 As below:

I recharged Rs 9 and thought it is for 56 days, as above message says. Then after what notification I got about this recharge from AD-AIRMTA is:

Sir/Ma'am,
By mistake, I have done a recharge of 156 on the wrong number. I send the mail for it but I am not getting any response from airtel. Even the person who got this recharge is ready to return. Please try to fix this problem. I am using the airtel services from 10 years. Do not break my trust on airtel. This amount is very valuable to me.

Broadband connection is not working

Its been one week my new airtel broadband internet connection is not working.
I had called up 121 and registered complaint with number: 76319124 on very first day itself. I was assured issue would be resolved in next 24hrs. Forget 24 hrs, its been 7 days internet connection is not restored.

In between, i had even sent mail to [protected]@in. Airtel.com

Seriously, worst customer service....

Airtel broadband connection termination

Airtel customer care is a bunch of ********. I wanted to terminate my broadband connection and they have not been able to take my request despite calling them for more than 10 times and waiting for several hours.

Frustrating it is for the customer and airtel needs to be sued for harassing the customers like this and not respecting their time.

I did a full talktime recharge of rs 226 and i got 0 talktime balance. Customer care executive told me the entire balance credited to some dedicated account about which i am completely unaware.
Nowhere it was mentioned that recharge will not give you talk time and give you balance which you cannot use.

I enrolled my corporate airtel no. To airtel money app on nov9. I did 3 transactions (Rs 500, 4600, 4500) to load money in my wallet. Out of which only 1 transaction of 500 got successful, while other 2 got struck in gateway. My account wasn't credited even after a month. Let me know the status of my remaining money (4500, 4600). I had conversation with airtel executives regarding this several times but no reply has been received from them....

Misleading the information

I made a recharge before the expiry of the data pack of 150 rupees something which has validity of 28days. I was already having a balance of 2000mb.
So i thought to recharge with less amount.
I called customer care they told that u need to recharge with same amount (249 rupees - that i was doing on my number earlier) to carry forward. So, they are not ready to give back that balance nor ready to compensate the same with money...

Payment deducted thrice more than charged

I had recharged my no.[protected] through airtel app. On 05/12/16 for rs. 260/-. Because of network issue may be, i tried five times but was not getting the recharge successful option. After some time five times rs. 260/-deducted from my bank account making it a total of rs.1300.. After few minutes a got two refunds of 260/-each. One amount was recharged. I still have to get refund of 520/ — equivalent to two recharges. I am not getting...

When we tried to contact 121 customer care staff mithun chakraborty was nasty and disgusting arrogant. He misdirected with me.
