Dear Sir, I am Using postpaid mobile services(calling, data pack, SMS) of services provider Bharti airtel. In December, I found that they not charging rates as per my bill plan, I further checked previous bill and it is happening since last 16 month starting from Sep 2014.I complaint to Airtel Authority But they are deny such issue. The below shows today SOA from my account [protected] where the highlighted bill as unpaid. If you look at the subsequent images you will see that you have updated this payment in your system and for some reason it seems it has got reversed. Trust at least now you are clear about the issue and do the needful. Until this moment I am getting the payment reminder before every call and from last few days reminder calls from customer care also. A))...

I am using Airtel network and there is no proper network for past ten days . When i called them and asked they always telling problem with the phone, restart and check, Even after i tried that, no proper signal. If i called them, they keep on telling rhe same thing. I am paying net charge without even using it. i have still 400MB left out of 1 GB and past ten days no proper network, so i havent used that . In few days validity will get over...

While enquiring about balance in my Airtel number [protected], a message promising 115MB of 2G/3G Data for unlimited period flashed where upon I recharged the phone for the amount. No amount of Data was credited into my a/c on dated 07/01/2016....

So I had requested for a mobile number port for my number [protected] from Vodafone(Kolkata) to Airtel (Karnataka) with a CUG plan on 29th December 2015 . I complaint about Airtel they r regularly reducing/changing ts tv channellist, recently they removed Colors (309) which is not good. We r paying hefty amount for the services n rhey r changing w/o information, should regain the list n shouldn't provide the channels at their will, it should be based on customer's interest instead. I suggest a bill cut off if they do the same continuously....

This complaint is about my mobile number that has been barred from 6th of January2016. Its been four days already still have not got the resolution and the number is still deactivated. I have contacted the customer care, have spoken to all the floor supervisor, the next level to that, have tried contacting Nodal officers, appellate officer, but have not received any help from them. I have opted for a different service provider as Airtel service was pathetic. I has informed the consumer care in October to disconnect the service and collect the device. There was no further action taken and noone from customer care guided me on the process. Since then I have told every customer care call to disconnect. Airtel has still not taken action and keeps generating the bill every month. Now Customer care calls me for bill payment....

I'm a prepaid airtel user(unfortunately) and I'm staying in the lingampaly, Hyderabad. My airtel connection goes down for each 15-20 mins. I always recharge my mobile with 3G data pack and I hardly get 2G data at my location with network interruption as a bonus.
