Airtel mobile net problem ( Post paid)

False Commitment and Poor Service

when i ported my loop postpaid to airtel postpaid i took 299 plan and the service was provided after a long time, but i was promised a travel bag as soon as the activation is done but i received a call after 2 months regarding the travel bag but was never provided as well as the 3g service is worst, so i switched to 2g and now sometimes the internet doesnt work.. as well as lots of calls drop. really not satisfied, i need a travel bag...

Wrong number recharged

Dear sir, I recharged my number[protected] with an amount of rs 149 but due to mistype the number[protected] was recharged. The recharge was done online with rechargeitnow.com website and net banking via sbi india. I have requested the same at the complaints site of the above described website. unreasonbale balance deduction

on my mobile no. Poor and Worst customer service.

This mail sent by me to airtel customer care explains it all: Sir, It has been around 2 weeks that I activated a pack for reducing call rates @2rs/day for 90 days and I received a message from Airtel saying that the pack has been activated and I can deactivate it by calling on *129#. A few days later when I tried to deactivate it using the same number *129#, I was unable to deactivate it because there was no such option available...

Airtel is ridiculously imposing rates on customers. For example.. Airtel have 98 RS rate cutter.. If you recharge with 98 airtel to airtel calls at 10p/min. Now the problem is they are reducing the validity as the like. At first the validity use to be one month then they made it 28. Now they are very ridiculously say valid for 15 days and that changes from district to district. I don't understand it's not between States.. They are dividing...
