Not returning amount paid in advance for digital TV connection

I had requested for 2 digital tv connections on 3rd March 2013 through call center. Airtel cust care executive asked me for payment first and I paid Rs 4884 through my hdfc net banking by clicking on the link provided by executive. Airtel representative came at the fixed time for installation but did not install because as per them in my flat there is no point where signal comes properly.

unnecessarily billed for a postpaid connection

False Advertisment

Don't get lured by advertisement on Airtel website about new broadband connection "get a Wi-Fi modem and a cashback of Rs 500 when you buy your broadband connection online!". I applied online, made payment, but to my surprise when the guy came to activate the broadband, he said that you will have to purchase the modem. He said that he is completely unaware about any free wifi modem of cash back.

data card not activating/poor customer care

Airtel 3G prepaid data card is not getting recharged. i used for one month and before the validity date if i try to recharge it is not getting recharged. offers are poor. customer care keeps diverting calls and asks us to call 198, 121 which do not respond or "do not exist".
Advice: kindly DONOT GET AIRTEL 3G DATA CARD for internet prposes. Airtel mobile service may be fine, but 3G service is not good...

I want to unsubscribe from NDTV new alerts sms. I never subscribed for it and they keeps on smashing my inbox(minimum 10 msgs/day), even i have complained atleast 3 to 4 times to the customer support they say they were unsubscribing but no use( i think airtel is providing worst service with worst helpline). Worst Customer Care Service by Bharti Airtel Broadband Services

Harrassment/False/Fake Calls

I would like to bring to your notice about the harassment calls and mails that Airtel Postpaid Connection/Legal team has been making.

Cannot switch to prepaid from postpaid connection

Fraud in 3G usage

Hi,
I am using Airtel since long , I facing issue from last two months when I activated 3G services. I choose rs150 plan in which they have to provide 500MB 3G + 500MB of 2G.
I always received a SMS when my usage is aprox 80% and 90% And I can manually check my usage by Sending SMS 3G to 121.

Billing frauds

I raised the complaint for over billing with all the proofs. Initially they agrees that they will give the waiver but late refused to do so.
