[protected], have renewed my 2 year advanced rental postpaid connection wef 03.09.2012 after get calling from Airtel customer care. but, I get a sms on 26.09.12 that "Discount 200 minutes (Local M2M) has been stopped on your airtel mobile". I have made recharge of RS 250 for 1GB of 3G data on 22 sep 2012 at 12:52pm and transId [protected]. I am airtel user and recently i got a call from this no +4044,+4065,firstly i reject the call but he did again and then i picked up, the caller told me that i won 25 lacs prize money . to avail this money he gave me other no ([protected]) and told me to call to get prize money.

I feel there lies a large mismatch between what Airtel promises and what it delivers, As discussed with the customer care department my Airtel DTH services validity should not have been reduced by 45 days through which I am incurring a loss of approx. Rs. 500/-. Is this the way Airtel wants to serve and retain a 4 year long customer relationship??????

I have done a potability from Vodafone to Airtel last week. My number is [protected].

First of all, I was informed that my portability will be done on the 8th day. I was not informed by Airtel that all my balance on Vodafone will go. I have lost nearly 234 INR.

Then, they have a pathetic network in Bhandup.

Received one sms today saying some cricket service will be renewed in 2 days and 50 rupees will be charged for that. I had never asked to activate any service. I am a customer of Airtel DTH, i am totally fed up with your service, both customer care and your product .My customer id number is [protected].The problem faced me is not getting the channels.From the past few months am facing this issue but cant given the complaint due to some personal things .On Augest month i given the first complaint to customercare(12150) they given a 10 days TAT ,within that TAT i didnt get any call...

I had registered complaints with Airtel Digital TV customer care many times. Each time I'm told that a service Engineer is booked for you but after that no regards from them.
On calling the Engineer (Number given by Airtel customer care), he is also not responding to calls.
Because of this, the service is not available for use although the balance is being deducted daily!
Isn't this robbery?...
